You can easily get to anywhere from our centrally located house and enjoy a pleasant holiday. You will experience the comfort of having everything you need in this house, which was completely renovated and decorated with new furniture before it was put into service. In this house located in the heart of Altınoluk at the foot of the Kaz Mountains, you can enjoy the sea on the blue flag beaches accompanied by the fresh air of the Kaz Mountains, and if you wish, you can experience many sightseeing routes in the vicinity.

Our house is located in Pınarbaşı village in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 WC, a living area (can be a sofa bed for 3 people), an open kitchen and a balcony on the ground floor, and 1 WC, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. One room has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. Our house has 2 gardens, one in the front and one in the back.

Our farm is built on 7 acres of land and will offer you a perfect holiday experience with our horses, geese, ducks, chickens, dogs and unique nature. Our place is in a natural area with no construction around it, in the middle of olive groves, 1.7 km from the main road (Çanakkale-İzmir). Our road is a dirt and stabilized light stone road between olive groves. We recommend that you be more careful, especially when coming by passenger cars.
