Het huisje heeft een eigen opgang voor maximale privacy en 1 gratis parkeerplek. Alle gemakken zoals WiFi, TV, Stereo, Airco, Combi-oven, Was/Droogmachine, Keuken apparatuur zijn aanwezig. Op het terras zijn stoelen, een tafel en een BBQ aanwezig.

Holiday Home Mila is located in the coast village Egmond aan Zee, 50 meters from the dunes and 100 meters from the center. The beach is 300 meters away from the house. In the village there are several good restaurants, bars and lovely terraces. The supermarket is 200 meters away. The center of the cozy cheese town of Alkmaar can easily be reached by bus with 20 minutes. A day in Amsterdam is also a possibility. From the train station (Heiloo or Alkmaar) every half hour a train goes to A'dam.

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. Zomerhuis ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ staat in Egmond aan den Hoef, een dorpje tussen duin en zee vanwaar u zowel natuur als cultuur kunt opzoeken. Het knusse, gerenoveerde zomerhuis staat achter de woning van de eigenaar. Het heeft een eigen ingang en een kleine buitenplaats met tuinzitje. De keuken, woon- en badkamer zijn beneden, de slaapkamer met kledingkast is boven. Wat ook erg fijn is; in Egmond aan den Hoef is vrij parkeren en u vindt er altijd een parkeerplaats voor uw auto...!
