Summer house ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is behind the owner's house. It has its own entrance and a small outdoor area with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with clothing and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef, there is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

Welcome to the cozy seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. In this quiet street, just 600m from the beach and cozy center, there is a cozy studio for two people. The studio has been completely renovated and equipped with a kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. In addition, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. The separate living space with living and sleeping area is cozy and comfortable. A small terrace is located in front of the studio.

A quaint holiday house is surrounded by vibrant greenery and blooming flowers in the garden. Large windows allow natural light to flood the interior. The pathway leading to the house is lined with various plants, creating a serene and inviting setting.

Duin Haven, Holiday house in beach area

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.

An open living space features a lofted bedroom with a spacious bed, adorned with a light duvet. The kitchen below is equipped with modern appliances, including a stove and coffee maker. A wooden staircase connects the two levels, enhancing the airy atmosphere.

Small cozy space with loft, the sleeping area (1.90 high) can be reached via a spiral staircase of 55cm wide. There is a kitchenette, cozy living room with sofa and TV. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor. The courtyard room is located behind the house. You have your own entrance via the alley next to the house, during your stay the shared garden is only used by the owner to get something in or out of the shed. The seat in the garden is for you!
