My second stay was just as excellent as the first! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Iskandar Place continues to be a top-notch choice in Maadi.

Mohamed and his family are AMAZING hosts and the place is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. We arrived there super stressed, and in 5 minutes they managed to make us feel good and relaxed with their warm welcome and careful attitude. We felt better than at home! They let us go earlier to leave the bags, the flat was perfectly cleaned when we entered and they showed us the flat and the amenities in the courtyard. We found a basket of fresh local fruit as welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed us to cook many times. There is stove, oven and microwave and the fridge is big and sustainable (class A). There is air conditioning, heating (on request), smart TV and a washing machine available for free in the courtyard. We slept perfectly: blackout curtains, silence, very comfortable mattress. There are mosquito nets to keep insects away. We loved the place and the host showed availability to help us with anything we needed. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearths!

I had to extend my stay with Abelhamed. The host is a great person to work with and a great friend to have. I honestly believe this place is spotless and great deal. I will always recommend this place for my friends and family. I will be back to this place for sure

Walid was a great host, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. He was always available if I needed anything, but otherwise left to be at home - welcomed after a day exploring! The place was exactly what I expected, located on the West Bank, a very short walk from the public ferry. It offered some peace from intensity of the city. The secluded garden was a special place to start and finish days, feeling immersed in a more authentic Egyptian experience than I would get anywhere else. The Egyptian and Moroccan architecture makes for a fantastic experience, with domed ceilings and arches built into all the rooms, and some quite special bathrooms (I had a tour). My room was spacious, had plenty of places to spread out my things and all the modern features needed (AC, fridge, hot water, power sockets). Walid and his family have clearly put passion, energy and creativity into building this place and I really wish Walid success with future plans, which I hope to return and see.

Ahmed was absolutely perfect as a host. Very responsive to every query or request. The place itself had everything you need and was clean. It is also really well located right in the heart of the action near the Hurghada Marina and Sheraton Street. A nice small beach is just 5 mins walk away as is a really good supermarket where you can buy *everything* (without haggling) until 2am! If you're looking for a "live like a local Egyptian" experience in a place where most accomodation options are package resorts, look no further. There is also a 24 hour reception for anything you need.

From the start to the end Tarek was there for any questions and guidance. He was very reasonable and even helped us with late the check out request without any hesitate. And above all of that the house was wonderful. I'll definitely coming back soon. Thanks for everything.

A perfect experience in every detail! The room had a direct view of the sea, making it feel like a dream. The swimming pools were amazing and provided a fun experience for everyone. The service was exceptional, and the staff were always ready to help. Loved every moment here.

The place is beautiful and worth a visit. The chalet deserves 5 stars and the resort is very beautiful, but it needs a car to be able to move from one area to another.
