(Salmon fishing; the house is at the top of the fly-fishing zone, the blue zone, by the birch trees, with direct access to the river from the property.) Within walking distance of Hokksund town centre. 2 bedrooms (beds 1.60 m and 1.40 m). Very quiet/charming neighbourhood. Parking on the property. Guests must bring their own bed linen/towels, and laundry must be done by the tenants. Dogs and cats are allowed, and there are two cats living outside; allergy sufferers should be aware of this.

Stolpehytta

Lower your heart rate at the top of Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta is located 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum municipality, right next to the climbing park Høyt & Lavt Modum. Here you can find tranquility among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view over the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just enough space for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent e-bikes, stroll down to the climbing park or explore the local area.

A few steps to walk to the public beach at Bergsvannet, Eidsfos Landhandel which is open every day and Gamle Eidsfos Kro. For skiing in winter it takes about 35 minutes to drive to Kongsberg ski resort.

Our house is located with a lovely view over Lake Eikern and with a short distance to Bergsvannet which has many nice swimming areas. Eidsfoss is a unique historical place where it feels like time has stood still for a few decades! Here you will find, among other things, Norway's oldest general store, museum and two good restaurants (Eidsfoss Gamle Kro and Eidsfos Hovedgård), as well as several small galleries and outlets. But most of all, you should come here to find peace and quiet and enjoy the beautiful nature here!

Bjonnepodden

Bjønnepodden is located on a fantastic view plot on Bjønnåsen cottage yard. Panoramic views in tranquil surroundings with nature right outside. The cabin is small but you have access to most of the facilities as well as a separate toilet and outdoor shower with hot water. Note: when the frost comes, the outdoor shower is closed but there is still hot water inside. A short drive inside the field and you will come to the swimming area and jetty in Røsvika. There are nice hiking areas right outside and active wildlife.
