Holiday rentals with beach access in Eixample

We enjoyed the flat very much. It is in a nice area and was suitably spacious. There were plenty of small shops nearby and a larger excellent supermarket also within 5-10 minutes walk. We stayed in March so it was a bit chilly and we used the heaters. The location was excellent - a short walk from the metro station and also the harbour/beach area. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed including a lovely collection of buckets and spades for children to take to the beach. Most things seemed new in the kitchen. There was a nice collection of toys for young children that our son enjoyed. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had no issues at all. The only slightly picky thing to say was that there were hardly any kitchen essentials for cooking other than oil and salt. There were no pods for the coffee machine either but we bought our own. Overall we would strongly recommend.

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly friendly, helpful, and proactive in communication—always making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There's a bus stop right outside the building, which made getting around very easy, and several other public transport stops were also nearby We also appreciated the nearby grocery stores and variety of restaurants just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

Tolle und saubere Wohnung! Alles vorhanden, was es braucht. Wir waren drei Paare und ein Kleinkind. Beim Check-In wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Nähe hat es viele Restaurants, Cafés, den Strand und die Metro-Station, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Nachts war es total ruhig.

This apartment is fantastic. Exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Located nearby to the bus and Metro making it easy to visit all parts of the City, and also only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Rosa is an excellent host. Very friendly, and welcoming, excellent communication from her throughout our stay and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Het appartement was erg netjes en super schoon. Alle faciliteiten in de keuken aanwezig, evenals een föhn, strijkijzer en zelfs een diepvries. Goede locatie midden in een wijk met veel horeca en op loopafstand van de Ramblas. Barretje voor koffie en ontbijt zit beneden en ernaast zit een supermarktje die tot 23u open is. Wij waren met 6 personen en we hadden echt genoeg ruimte! In het gebouw is zelfs een lift om op de 3e etage te komen. Raul en Flor zijn super goede hosts, fijne communicatie en flexibel. We hebben genoten, dankjewel!!

Had a lovely stay. Clean, quiet and close to amenties - beach, supermarket ( across the road), bike hire ( next door) and eating places by the harbour. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i Barcelona, og lejligheden var rigtig fin og helt som på billederne. Gràcia er en rigtig hyggelig bydel, hvor der er mange skønne plazaer og hvor man føler sig tryg om aftenen. Det er nemt at komme rundt i byen, og Ana var en rigtig god vært og sørgede for, at vi følte os godt informeret og velkomne.

Merci Mo pour votre accueil. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone. Le logement est propre, calme, la terrasse apaisante. Le bus et le métro a proximité. Quelques restaurants aux alentours, dont le Clorofila parfait après une après-midi à la plage : 5 min à pied. Je recommande vivement avec les cadeaux d'arrivée : boissons au frais, pain, jambon et fromage et le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Rolf's and Mok's place is amazing. It is a 30 min drive from BCN, but you will stay in a calm, peaceful, and rural home in a lovely village. The house is spacious, modern, and has all facilities you need. There are some farm animals around, and a kind and sweet dog who occasionally drops by to say hello. We will definitely come back!

Trude, Miguel et leur chienne Maya sont très accueillants. Nous avons reçu de bons conseils pendant notre visite. Le jardin est super et le studio est très bien équipé. Une adresse à recommander!

Would stay here again! Lovely place with a park & playground across the street

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was quiet but also perfect walking distance to a sweet bakery and local and delicious fresh fruit and vegetable shop. The yard was also very beautiful and the kids loved feeding the turtles :). Note that there is a daily washer/dryer charge if you choose to use it and also some food essentials which we have had at other airbnbs were not supplied here so it’s good to grab basics before arriving if needed.

We had an amazing experience staying at Manel and Jordi’s place in Barcelona! The place truly felt like home, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed for a family of 3. The location was perfect - the beach and many attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. Manel and Jordi were fabulous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Barcelona. We will definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Excellent séjour. L appartement était superbe et bien positionné. Très beau cadre. Tout à été super simple. Joan a été extraordinaire avec nous. Il nous a énormément aidé également sur les activité que nous avions prévues. Toujours disponible et vraiment super sympas. Nous étions 3 amies avec 3 enfants et je ne peux que recommander cet endroit

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

Mariona was friendly and great from the start. Her place was perfect for us as a family of three with a small baby and she even provided a baby chair and bath for us which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely book again when in Barcelona!!

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Vielen Dank Nelly und Aitana🙏🏼☺️

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!
