This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street in Poblenou, 6 minutes walk from the beach MarBella. Surrounded by fresh market, shops, restaurants, and very well-connected (L4-Poblenou) and many buses. The apartment has been totally renovated. It is very spacious (110 m2). Three bedrooms: a large double bedroom with a large built-in closet, a second double bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is equipped to handle long stays. Perfect for families (a baby's crib).
