Stenhaga - house by its own lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon stocked. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 100/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi, Apple TV.

Rural cottage in the host's large garden with 5 beds. Please bring your own linen, towels and food. Guests clean themselves. 20 km to Kalmar, 2 km to Vitasand beach and playground. Airy and rustic with old beamed ceilings, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with your own barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking, stand in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

Guest house on beach property with a high holiday feeling. Here you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony and watch the sun set over the water, or have a morning coffee on the front patio with morning sun. Private jetty with swimming ladder. Quiet area close to nature. In the area, there is a swimming area with barbecue area, outdoor gym, playground, boule court and hiking trail. You share the garden & jetty with the host family (2 adults, 2 children). Cleaning is not included. Bed linens and towels can be rented at an additional cost.

Cozy cabin with its own lake

Welcome to Ulvasjömåla At the end of a winding forest road, in northern Blekinge, lies this little paradise. The cottage is surrounded by forest, and is a stone's throw away from the lake, where you have your own jetty. The perfect place if you dream of a break from everyday life. Cold baths outside or in the lake. The food is cooked on a fire or in the outdoor kitchen. Drinking water is collected from the pump house located just behind the house. Toilet visits take place in luxury. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Smålandstorpet

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Enjoy the sea and nature in our quiet little oasis. The cottage is located on Boholmarna, 15 minutes by car from central Kalmar. Here you have the cottage and the entire lake property to yourselves. There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.

Hassle-free Glamping

If you like nature, silence and magical starry skies, you will love our glamping, which is located overlooking the sea. The glamping tent has a double bed and two single beds. And an English wood-burning stove from Salamander Stove. Dogs are welcome. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas grill, coffee maker, cooler with USB socket for mobile charging. Linen and towel included. Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the company of an adult.

Sea View Cabin in Ekenäs, Kalmar

The cabin's located about 30km from the town of Kalmar, right by the water. There’s a large porch that's partially under roof. There's a bedroom with a large bed(140cm) and a sofa bed in the living room. The nature surrounding the cabin is fantastic! You'll love it there! And of course there's WiFi in the cabin! Pets are allowed and dogs/cats have stayed in the cabin. Cleaning is not included but we provide cleaning equipment so you can clean yourself.

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun! 75 meters to the beach with a small cafe. The accommodation offers a quiet and peaceful environment with forest walks with the possibility to find your own small stands along the way. Walk to "Vita Sand" with mini golf, kiosk and a fantastic beach. The cottage is completely renovated in 2024 with all the comforts.
