Newly built guest house near Gothenburg city center

Come and stay in our newly built guest house in a quiet villa oasis near central Gothenburg. There is both a tram and bus within a 5-minute walk that takes you quickly to the city center or Liseberg. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven and dishwasher. There is a relatively large bathroom with shower and washing machine and a sleeping loft with a double bed. The sleeping loft is reached via a narrow staircase and there is not standing height up in the loft. There is room for one car in our driveway.

Enjoy a fresh apartment house built in 2017 with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, cozy sleeping loft with 140 cm bed. As there is also a sofa bed of 140 cm, it is possible with a little good will to accommodate up to 4 people. Parking is included, but if you prefer to go by public transport, you can easily get into the city center in only 20 minutes. Bedlinen and towels are included

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children).
