The cottage there is a bedroom with a doublebed & sofa bed for 2 people in the livingroom. There is additional room for 2p in the guesthouse. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower & washing tv, wifi. Patio with outdoor furniture & grill. Large lot. Verry child friendly. Bed linen & towels SEK 200/person

Lämna huset städat, i fint skick tack. Vid cigarettlukt tages en extra avgift på 5000kr.

Holiday home close to beautiful lake

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.

Du/ni kommer att älska mitt ställe pga av naturen, solen från morgon till kväll, lugnet, havet, de gigantiska fönsterna. Njut av lugnet, djurlivet. Huset är byggt för att få er att känna att ni är mitt i naturen fast inomhus. Ta gärna skogsvandringar i närområdet. Till huset tar ni er med fördel med motorbåten med en 4 hp roddbåt, som ingår, då det är ca 500m skogspromenad genom skogen från parkeringen. På vintern går ni genom skogen om båten inte ligger i vattnet.

Mysig stuga precis vid vattnet. Med el men utan rinnande vatten. Enkelt kök med utrustning för en familj. Matlagning sker på bänkspis eller grill utomhus. Sovrum med 3 sängar samt bäddsoffa i allrummet. Täcken och kuddar finns, egna sängkläder medtages. Utedass precis i anslutning till stugan. Båt finns att låna. Fiskekort köps i närmsta livsmedelsbutik. Kommunal badplats endast 200meter från stugan. Endast 5km till närmsta livsmedelsbutik och 20km till Vimmerby.

Nybyggd villa

Koppla av i en nybyggd villa i naturnära område med bubbelpool och fullt utrustat kök. Villan blev helt nybyggd och klar i Januari 2023. Upptäck omgivningen i Södermanland med fiske, kanotpaddling och bad året om. Närmaste badplats ligger endast 200 meter bort! Passa på att stanna här på väg till Stockholm eller Skavsta flygplats. The house is in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood just minutes away from the city center and Astrid Lindgren's World. In this newly renovated, cozy, basement you live freshly renovated rooms with plenty of space on your own room. You also have your own terrace with views, garden with barbecue area and a private parking space right outside the door. The rooms will be private and not shared with any other travelers.

Ideally located just 25 minutes from Stockholm Skavsta Airport, 1 h 20 min from Stockholm and 5 minutes from the ocean. Very close to beautiful hiking trails and forrest. Suitable for relaxing times all year around.
