Joyita del Sur (Jewel of the South) is a private casita just steps away from a gorgeous beach on the Sea of Cortez. Watch both the sunset and sunrise from the beach! Q bed with foam mattress and soft linens. A/C and ceiling fans in both bedroom and kitchen. Ample closet space with shelves/hangers. This premium 395 square foot suite has plenty of space with a private outdoor patio. This is one of four spacious king-size studio bedrooms in the Cascada Building. This building sits up on the hill behind the main house and has jaw-dropping panoramic views of the bay. It is fully equipped with a work station, double vanities in the bathroom and indoor/outdoor showers to clean up after a day at the beach. Our beautiful private white sand beach is just a short 2 min walk down the driveway.

This centrally located house near Playa Central is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store. The quiet neighborhood offers great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room has a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy high-speed Starlink satellite internet during your stay. Note: There is no AC. We have two ceiling fans for the living room and a floor fan for the bedroom. Hot months may be an issue.
