The property was in excellent condition of cleanliness, highlighting its impeccable presentation. The house is beautiful, cozy and is located in a very quiet area, which allowed for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place and would not hesitate to return.

It was a great stay, especially for the price. The main thing is that I felt safe there and neighbors were friendly. The place was fairly clean.

I don't even know where to begin with this review! About a day or two prior to arrival, I received the most detailed message with everything I needed to know, from a video recording of how to enter the premise, to eateries and things to do around the home which helped ease all our travel anxieties. On the day of arrival, we were left in awe with how pristine the home was. The photos don't even do justice! We loved how the hosts accommodated to our children with books, toys and even a stroller! This was so big for us since we opted to leave our stroller behind to minimize the amount of baggage we had. The home provided us with everything we needed and more for our weeklong stay. As frequent visitors to the island, we cannot wait to stay again at the Villa Casona. Thank you so much Noemi and Tony for your amazing hospitality.

Cannot complain. Rooms being completely separate made the stay worth staying time and time again. 10/10

Yanira’s place is absolutely beautiful. My kids and I felt at home with the house having everything we needed plus some complimentary eats, coffee and water. Her back yard is so enchanting, having my morning coffee there just made the experience so magical. I will be recommending my family and friends to stay at Yanira’s place. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Edgar and his team are the besttttttt ! No matter what it was they were there working to get anything I needed in 5 mins and corrected it or brought it to me . He is very attentive and didn’t miss a beat . I left my phone he is shipping it to me like the sweetest people ever and he hooked me up for my birthday I will Forever book again because I got my moneys worth and really got the enjoy myself without walking on eggshells

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

Erick and Nicole were amazing hosts! From the time we booked until checkout, they were very responsive and attentive to our needs. This was a special family trip for a group of 11 of us and the space fit us perfectly. We absolutely loved the layout of the space and there are many common areas to accommodate socializing in a large group. Erick went above and beyond and recommended a private chef for us who came and prepared a wonderful brunch for our crew. The airbnb IS slightly hard to find at first, but if you follow the link that they provide, google maps shouldn’t give you a problem. Check in and check out was a very easy process. We felt safe the entire trip and truly enjoyed our stay. 15 min smooth ride to the airport and close proximity to downtown San Juan + surrounding area. Uber and/or rental car recommended. Not much in walking distance. Will definitely stay again!!

First time I’m Puerto Rico with my husband and family. My husband is originally from PR and Steve made us feel right at home. Place was amazing great pool for the kids, everything was so close and so amazing. Thank you for everything we will definitely be back!

I would definitely recommend victor’s place. It’s located in a great area and also It has great accommodations for everyone (even disabled people like my sister). Everything was clean and he was always asking us to see if we needed any help. Thank you again victor! We had a great time.

very comfortable stay. kitchen stocked with spices & bottled water in frig. Jason was very friendly & checked on us regularly. He also offered helpful info about Rio Piedras. Good a/c & very comfortable mattress. I slept better than I do at home & I love my bed. The only wish I had was a hotter shower but I like it smoking so it's not a big deal. Don't be intimidated by the neighborhood. We were well received and felt 100% safe.

The apartment met every single one of our needs. The kitchen is a huge plus for individuals who like to cook their own food once in a while. There is a place called Cafe Con Alma, as he suggested, which is a great place to get some breakfast/lunch. Most of the suggestions were really good places. Pizzoni and Sin Mesura are some of the best places to eat, not just in Cupey but the entire island. Highly recommended for future guests.

Víctor was an incredible host! Warm, inviting and extremely friendly and helpful. The apartments were perfect for our family of 6! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely by far the best airbnb ever near San Juan. Not only is the house amazing but the location is key! House looked exactly like the pictures if not better. I will definitely be staying here every time I come to San Juan. The Host Ashley was very kind and super responsive she made sure that if we ever needed anything to just ask. BEST AIRBNB EVER !!!!!!

JB was a great host: very responsive and helpful. The home is in a gated community which is easy to enter and exit any time. Plenty of space, staying in the entire second floor, three bedrooms, nice upper floor covered porch with string lights. Very happy with my stay!

Victor is well attentive. It gave us very good recommendations to go out to eat and the small and well cozy apartment, super comfortable and the terrace at night is divine.
