beautiful location with lots of breeze, privacy, and comfortable linens. good wifi. kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but had the essentials for cooking.

As always, I leave happy and well rested for spending the night in a quiet and safe place. A great host who was always aware that all was well. I hope to return soon

Excellent Airbnb, well-located and fully equipped. Very comfortable and quiet, surrounded by nature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. Communication with Stephanie was very smooth, and she was always attentive to any questions.

Secure family neighborhood and quick access to commerce

I stayed at Jorge's for the second time and it was "like coming home." I was incredibly happy about details: Lucia had put up a basket of fruits for me, the house was decorated with beautiful flowers. This time I still had access to a second patio. All staff and Jorge's family are incredibly warm. David has taken a lot of time to explain to me an architectural project on the property. The garden by the river is magnificent and very well maintained. In short, it was incredibly difficult for me to leave today. But I will definitely be back as soon as possible. If you are looking for a beautiful house in the countryside on the outskirts of Esteli, Jorge and his family are in the right place. And important...great is the small cafe with shop where homemade food, teas, herbs and woodwork are sold. There is also a small nursery where plants are on offer.

We like to stay active. Having many amazing restaurants in a 500 meter radius is perfect. This is a super friendly neighborhood. The hosts are helpful and nearby, but never invasive. We are impressed with the hosts Uriel and Ivanova. Both of them speak English very well. Even had a chance to meet their kids. If you stay here, we highly recommend venturing another 600 meters up the road on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy the friendly community that gathers around the pool decks at La Ensenada. You want to talk about your hidden gems?You instantly feel like part of the community. Entry is 100 Cords well spent. And the food and drinks are very reasonably priced. We did not find a bad place to eat in Esteli. And we tested all price ranges. Many amazing places are hidden. You might need to do some walking to spot them, however you can always ask Ivanova for some recommendations.

It took me a little while to find the location since Google map didn't give the right address, but after I contacted my host, they sent me the location right away. Every one was helpful, friendly and a very nice cozy place. My stress went away just to enter in the house. It is awesome. I'll make my regular stay for my business trip. Thanks Mauricio and all staff.
