The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. Everything is perfect, the accommodation is identical to the photos, the area is very quiet and parking is easy to find, although the accommodation includes a garage, which is appreciated. Ana Rosa was attentive from the start and was involved in making sure we could enjoy our stay as much as possible, making recommendations for areas to visit and facilitating flexible check-out.

We stayed here with our cat for four months. From the first day, we felt at home. The apartment is close to the city center, but the environment is very quiet and peaceful. Public transportation and services are easily accessible. The facilities in the apartment are complete and very efficient. All the hosts are super friendly and helpful. All as described. Mercedes a charm, facilitating our stay, recommended restaurants, etc. The apartment fully equipped in every way, the kitchen with all the basics, even a tray with everything you need for breakfast.... our stay was like being at home.

Excellent, as always. And Consuelo is a great person, and always available. It's our second year, and I hope to keep repeating in the future. For us to go to the house of Consuelo is to be in an oasis, for the location and for the tranquility of the area. Apart from it being very special for us to meet their dogs, which are wonderful.

Everything was fantastic, the only thing to improve is the mattresses otherwise everything was great.

We have been very comfortable, as in your own home. They accompanied us to the house for more clarity. It is located in a group of super tranquil casitas, where our dogs could go out quietly, half an hour from the capitals to visit. Very close there is a town with several supermarkets and restaurants with typical dishes.

Wonderful From the reservation Tino was waiting to send us recommendations in the area of activities and restaurants and gave us indications of how to get there. The area is a paradise. We have been a family with two children aged 6 and 8 who have enjoyed a lot of the home and its surroundings. The house is much better than in the photos, the views from the entire glass of the living room are priceless and there were a lot of extra details to facilitate our arrival (breakfast, barbecue..). Tranquility and silence in a beautiful area to enjoy nature and its wonderful gastronomy. We took bikes for the path of the Bear and made all the routes that recommended us there nearby (Xanas gorge, Huerta Cueva, Bandujo...). One week it fell short. The village is five minutes away by car (Proaza) and has two very complete small supermarkets and with typical products, a pharmacy and several restaurants (house clemente certainly the best). Wishing to return.

The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The host was very friendly and gave us recommendations for places to eat nearby, which were worth it and was great. Also it was always pending in case we needed directions or ideas to pass the time. Very good experience and the area is very quiet.

The check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions from the host. Also, it was very flexible with check-in and check out of the place. The stay in the apartment was great. It is ideal for the area, since it has its own garage and in high season it is essential in Luanco. The bathrooms were spotless and the whole house was very clean. Host Patricia was very friendly and helpful; she recommended places to eat and visit. A very positive detail for us that we have children, is that there were toys, books and board games, something we do not usually find and that we loved. Very grateful for the treatment and the place. Great apartment in quiet and family friendly complex. Monica is a fantastic host - very friendly and responsive. Her recommendations for Luanco and surrounding areas made our visit special! Only drawback is that the swimming pool is not heated and rather cold , so barely used.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. The apartment is magnificent, the place is quiet and beautiful, far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to relax, but at the same time, a short walk from the highway and the city of Gijón. Many thanks to Isabel and Ramón, Alberto's parents, for treating us incredibly well. A luxury to have shared our stay with them. We already miss Asturias!! A big hug to both of you.
