We have designed and handcrafted much of our home ourselves from the furniture to the furnishings and with everything you need for the perfect relaxing beach getaway. Large bedroom and living room, with 2 queen beds and 2 built-in sofa beds. Perfect for couples, small families or MAX 6 adults. Great central location on the hotel side, but secluded to spend it quiet. Bars/restaurants within walking distance and a tent 15 mtrs. 1.5 blocks from the beach.

Element - Fire

Place to relax and chill, with four distinct houses that represents each one of the elements: fire, wind, earth and water. Each house is complete with two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, and a small pool that connects to the living area. All surrounded by a wooden deck and plenty of nature. An outdoor shower, yet private surrounded by nature to cool off from a relaxing day at the beach. *5 min walk to the beach*

Villas Tortuga Paredon (Ocean Front)

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
