Luxurious and beautiful apartment with art deco design and furniture, relax and enjoy of the view because its in a 9th floor, it has amenities such as a scenic pool, gym, panoramic roof top, social room, bbq grills, security and elevators. The apartment has one room with a queen size bed, one full bathroom, laundry room, full kitchen, refrigerator with ice machine and cold water dispenser. We provide 2 towels for shower and 2 towels for the pool. We also offer tours to city and magic towns.

This place has a strategic location - it will be very easy to plan your visit! It is located 450 m from the light train station. It is located 30 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from the Tapatío center and 17 minutes from Expo Guadalajara. It has blackout blinds for greater comfort. We have air conditioning in the living and dining area, as well as in the master bedroom. From the roof of the condominium you will have a spectacular view of the city.
