We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. Come enjoy our unique property.

Complete with a rooftop deck to enjoy sunrise/sunset, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a relaxing stay in La Ventana! This is our own home for part of the year and we have furnished it to be fully functional for both short and long stays!

You can hear the waves at the beach or walk to what feels like a private beach. During turtle season, you can walk along the beach to see turtles released or whale watch from the deck while they migrate. It is our pleasure to share our beautifully remodeled home.
