Este acogedor departamento ubicado en el tercer piso (sin elevador) ofrece comodidad y es perfecto para descansar después de un día en Mazatlán. Cuenta con una cama matrimonial, TV de 32", aire acondicionado, baño con regadera eléctrica, cocina integral y un amplio patio. Su mejor cualidad es su ubicación en una zona muy tranquila, cerca del Estadio de béisbol, Nuevo Acuario Mar de Cortés, Parque Central y Playa. ¡Ven y disfruta de una estancia agradable en este encantador y acogedor espacio!

Lugares de interés: El departamento se encuentra ubicado sobre una de las principales avenidas de Mazatlán, a 5 minutos en auto y 15 min. en bus de la zona dorada, malecón, playas, bares y restaurantes. Justo frente al edificio hay un paradero de bus y a sólo unos pasos encontrarás diversos comercios entre ellos farmacias y tiendas de conveniencia. . Te va a encantar mi espacio por su estilo acogedor y la privacidad que ofrece. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y viajeros de negocios.

Isla Roca Partida

La Casa del Capitán is an old Hacienda that has just been remodeled. It has six apartments that were named after some of my favorites islands that I have sailed to in Mexico. Isla Roca Partida is a one bedroom studio apartment with one bathroom and No kitchen, but it has many restaurant right down the street. Right outside is a pool, table and barbecue. The best part is it’s just a block from the beach!

La ubicación del departamento es excelente, caminando puedes ir a la Machado, Centro, Catedral,Cerro de la Neveria,OlasAltas,Paseo delCentenario,Clavadista yel Faro;la playa de enfrente es perfecta para nadar y caminar por la arena. También puedes rentar bicicletas y pasear por la ciclovía que está justo frente al departamento y que atraviesa todo el malecón.
