Welcome to our cozy house located in the seaside resort of Laxvik. Beautifully located on the Halland coastal strip, just south of Halmstad. Laxvik has 2 beaches, Grusvik & Fågelvik. Approximately 10 km to central Halmstad. Kattegattsleden goes through Laxvik & on to Mellbystrand. The house is newly renovated & has 3 bedrooms & a total of 6 beds. Bright, fresh kitchen directly adjacent to the balcony. Parking for 3 cars. From the house, a bathing path goes down to the beach. 100 meters to Tennis court & playground.

There are nice walking paths nearby, the sea can be reached by bike, and several cosy destinations are a short drive away. We hosts live next door to the cottage, but you are on your own. The house is well equipped, perfect for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.
