Two reception rooms, downstairs washroom, large modern bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, large garden and parking in own gated driveway. Close to two overland train stations 15 mins walk away. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. Opposite to a park. Places of interest, Eltham Palace, Greenwich park with the Royal Obsevatory, Royal naval college, cutty Sark Clipper, Leeds Castle, Hever Castle, Hall Place, Penshurst Manor.

Self contained studio located at the back of our garden (side gate independent entrance). Kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge (no cooking facilities), kettle, Nespresso machine. Big corner sofa converting into a good size and comfortable king size bed. Stereo system, projector and a remote operated built-in screen Bathroom with shower. Cosy and modern, comfortable for 1-2 people. Grove Park rail station is 7 minutes walk or 3 minutes by bus, trains to London Bridge and Charing Cross.
