Bright + quiet apartment with south-facing balcony in the beautiful south of Leipzig. You will be staying on the 5th floor, have an unobstructed view from the Fernster (into the large, quiet backyard) and already in the morning best sunshine. Apartment is located near Connewitzer Kreuz with direct access to public transport / Rewe + Lidl is right around the corner. In 5 min you are in the forest; by bike in 15 min on the lake. Especially BIKER, SAILOR and DIVER welcome! The semi-detached house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Smoking is only possible in the garden, here you can also barbecue. There is a double bed 2x1.80 m with natural latex mattresses and visco toppers for a dream sleep (according to Guest opinion), as well as a couch (foldable to 1.40x1.95 m), as well as crib with mattress 1.20x0.60 m. Dogs are welcome to be brought along - but please accept that they are NOT allowed to be in bed and on the couch!

You can reach the center of Leipzig in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can reach the lake in a few minutes by bike. You are welcome to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I also like to greet you personally when I'm in town.
