Older, well-maintained detached house in quiet and peaceful surroundings with good space and short distance to various nature experiences as well as the village of Flisa. Good opportunities for various trips, fishing and a quiet life in the countryside. 25 km from the Swedish border. The location is "in the middle of Scandinavia". 60 km to Kongsvinger, 50 km to Elverum, 80 km to Hamar. The house is located on a farm where we, a couple in our 60s, also live with our dog, Perle.

Shopping center with malls, local shops, restaurants, bakery and liquor store in Gran (7 km). The house contains all necessary equipment for self-catering, private bedroom with double bed (160 cm), and bathroom with washing machine.

The house is located on the east side of Osensjøen with nice views and easy access to the lake where there is a jetty with lots of sun and the possibility for fishing and swimming. The area around Osensjøen has good opportunities for hiking and biking in summer and skiing on groomed slopes in winter. A good half hour drive to Trysilfjellet which is Norway's largest ski resort with lots of slopes and beautiful ski tracks. There are also plenty of adapted bike trails for all ages as well as many other activities in the summer.

It's a 5-minute drive by car to Eidsvoll town centre with shops and a railway station, where it's an 8-minute train ride to Oslo Airport, or a 37-minute train ride to Oslo or Hamar, and many great attractions. For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for tramway director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A nice garden leads down to a private beach by Mjøsa. Beautiful perennial bed and a separate kitchen garden to supply yourself with. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and make delicious local and organic food, with the farm's and the area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities on Helgøya, for walking, running and cycling.

Old, but recently renovated smallholding from the late 19th century. In the ground floor it is an entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The second floor consist of a big room with the possibility to house many people. It is also a second restroom in this floor. Outside is a lovely garden, and during winter you could put on your cross-country skis and start skiing from the house. Elverum city is just a short 20 min. drive from the house.
