It is the ideal house for windsurfing and kitesurfing lovers, just 2km from some of the Dique's inns. It has 110m2 covered, essential to feel comfortable and relaxed. A large living room, dining room and kitchen with internal barbecue. A natural environment surrounded by mountains is our setting. The area where El Surazo is located is called Cerro Negro, a neighborhood exclusively of adobe houses and centuries-old walls that tries to preserve the culture and identity of the destination.

An adobe ranch-style home is lit softly by warm outdoor lights, casting a gentle glow on the surrounding grassy area. A clear moonlit sky enhances the peaceful ambiance, with scattered clouds visible above. The structure features multiple entry points, blending harmoniously with its natural surroundings.

Relax with the whole family in this place where the tranquility is breathed. Ideal for picking up the hills, MTB, seeing the stars at night. If you are lovers of nautical sports, the dike is 1km away but walking through its streets is very quiet and relaxing. Do not forget sunscreen and sunglasses. It has 2 rooms, one of which has a king-size bed and the note two bunk beds. The house is great for 4 if your stay is long but 6 are in perfectly
