We will be excepting longer stays and 2 pets max.There is a $30 pet fee for each pet per stay must be paid before arrival. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. In Walking distance to town and a very quiet neighborhood. We are 4 minutes from Gem Island sports complex and only 4 minutes the park to play.

NEW AC!!! Our place is a feeling. You can arrive in the dark and see by our firepit Park next to the deck, walk a few feet, open the door, and walk inside. You're home. We are setup for anytime arrival. "Kate Brown" wears a hat and is milked every day. We give a free goat milk sample. Free-range chickens and roosters will follow you. Snuggle down on the love couch for a Roku/Netflix movie (you connect to YOUR cellphone Hotspot). You can walk around and see wildlife or buy fresh eggs ($4).

The back porch is a covered patio w/ gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway. We also have a portable pack and play and high chair for littles.

The original train depot for the logging town of Horseshoe Bend was moved to this incredible property right on the Payette River. Built in 1908 this historic depot has two separate rooms available for rent on a nightly basis. Located next door to the iconic Riverside Restaurant means there is always good food nearby. Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
