It was a wonderful stay with the best and highest views in the city. Yassin is a nice guy , very flexible and he was always there for me if I needed anything.

What a comfortable, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located apartment... we enjoyed our time!

I highly recommend this place to anyone. The place was very clean and, above all, the apartment looked much better and larger than in the published pictures. The hostess is very warm and accommodating, responds very quickly and really offers her help with every little thing. I highly recommend this place and will continue to book it when I am in Tunisia :)

Warm welcome, our host did not fail to consult us regularly to see if everything was going on and resolved the small problems very quickly. Beautiful very comfortable house,neat, nothing missing! The neighborhood is very nice and secure , 2 steps from the sea and all amenities. If you go to Tunisia, don't miss going to Saida's, you won't be disappointed.

The place to stay in Tunis . I stayed one month with my family and we enjoyed Nadia's place very welcoming, clean, quite and surrounded by olive trees and jasmine. Nadia is very helpful with advise. The place is also on walking distance to the beach, and the Gammarth Center where you will find testaurant; shops, pressing and a supermarket.

Lovely large villa and beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay.

This place looks a lot better than on the photos, it’s massive with nice backyard, good rooftop with a nice view to the Mediterranean. Every room has it own bathroom and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is very good, just two minutes walk to the train station and to the centre of La Marsa, but yet it’s in a calm street with no traffic passing through. I would recommend to stay at this place. Good value for the money spent.

We had a great time at this beautiful place! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that the home was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. Everything was as described, and even beyond our expectations. The garden is a haven of peace, and the pool, very well maintained, was pure happiness in the sun. Faouzia was an exceptional host! Both by his hospitality and his sympathy. During the home visit, she made us feel at home. She has been a valuable tip for knowing where to eat and where to walk. The house is in a strategic location to be able to go to gammarth or sidi bou said. You can come with your hands in the pockets Faouzia takes care of everything. The pool is very well maintained and the house is very well-equipped. Everything is in perfect working condition. I would recommend it 10000% and would definitely be back!
