We live adjacent with children & use the same driveway but will respect your privacy. Weekend traffic can be busy but weekdays are usually quiet. Lockbox entry, no check-in. Driving Distance: 12km/20 minutes from Brisbane City. No laundry amenities.

This north Brisbane downstairs apartment has easy access from the quiet inner-city suburban street, surrounded by leafy trees, and air-conditioned. Off-road parking is available. It is a short walk to a lovely coffee shop and the bus stop, close to the shopping village and train station, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. Guests may have complete privacy, with access directed as needed. Otherwise, I and my husband are usually home and guests may be greeted and made welcome if they wish.

It's 150m to a fabulous suburban cafe and not far to a major shopping centre, the suburbs quaint shopping area and train - 18 minutes to town. The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Bring your pets to our high set 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home. Conveniently located less than 20 mins to the city by car and only 18 mins by train to Fortitude valley. Plenty of cafes, shops within walking distance. Train station about a 5 -10 min easy walk.
