This fully self-contained studio is a great place to unwind and relax after a busy day site seeing around the Gold Coast. Located in the suburb of Parkwood, set in a peaceful, tranquil environment. GC Hospital is a 5 min drive or via public transport a 10 min walk to the tram (Parkwood East) and one tram stop away. The light rail takes you as far as Broadbeach or connects you to the main rail link travelling from Robina to Brisbane. The studio is attached to the main house yet very private.

Air conditioned little cabin with private entrance in a 24 hour security patrolled Eco-friendly estate - Coomera Waters. Theme parks near by Dreamworld is only 10 minutes drive. 6 minutes drive to major shopping center (Coomera westfield town center ) and train station. corner shops are 2 to 3 minutes drive. The space is exceptionally private, there is no shared space with us ( the hosts ) other than the driveway. It is a great place to unwind, rest, stay in or stop over. Free fast WIFI.

Nestled at the foothills of Mount Tamborine - 15 minutes from the Theme Parks, 20 minutes from Mount Tamborine, 30 minutes from Surfers Paradise - you can return back to the cottage to unwind, use the pool and enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle! Ideally located for the hiker or avid cyclist - chance to cycle on the roads and tracks used by elite and professional riders! Cottage is located on the same block of our property at the back but quiet and with privacy.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene house. This ground floor studio style apartment is great for a couple (or up to four) looking for a home base while exploring the beautiful Gold Coast. You will have your own court yard and a shared swimming pool. The backyard is home to our German Shepard X, Crash. You are very welcome to interact with him but please respect that this is his space.
