Ideal for a short stay or a longer break in the lovely picturesque town of Sawbridgeworth, with railway links to London and Cambridge in 40 minutes. Trains also to Stansted Airport in 20 minutes. 10 minute walk in to Sawbridgeworth, where there are several great pubs & restaurants, and to the train station and bus stops. The beautiful river Stort is a 2 minute walk away. Nearby is Hatfield Forest, the Henry Moore foundation and Audley end house. Free parking available. NO CLEANING FEE ADDED!

Self-contained 1 bed annexe in semi-rural location

Spacious, self contained accommodation in a peaceful location. This annexe offers lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk to work at and large wardrobes for storage. Parking for 1 vehicle, 2nd space available if requested prior to stay. It’s a 5 min drive from the Brentwood Centre & approx. 10 min drive to the High Street. There are local supermarkets, takeaways & restaurants within a 15 min walk away. There are some lovely walks on the door step

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Wintry Park House is a country house set in nearly 3 acres with formal gardens. Only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Epping, yet on the edge of the ancient and historic Epping Forest. At just over a mile or a 20 minute walk, Epping Tube station brings Central London and it’s vibrant West End into play. If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
