The apartment is independent and is located in the historic center of Assisi, in the oldest district, at the foot of the Rocca Maggiore in a quiet and panoramic area, within the limited traffic zone. It is located on the ground floor and enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. There is paid parking in Piazza Matteotti about 100 meters away, and there is the possibility of parking outside the historic center about 500 meters away in Via Renzo Rosati.
