Holiday rentals with beach access in Escambia County

great condo in a great place! the beach was perfect, and had way more shells and wildlife than any other beach we visited. we had a blast! FYI, they do not have any beach items, no towels, no chairs, no toys etc. so plan accordingly.

the condo was beautiful Diane was a great host answered every question me and my family had and very polite we will for sure rent from her agian for another vacation.

Andrew and Sofia were my heroes on this trip. They saved me from an unpleasant booking and made the reminder of my week an absolute pleasure. I could not ask for a quicker response time, property and surroundings were just lovely! Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with everything you would need for some meal prep if you're staying in. if dining out is your wish, all the best restaurants are a very short drive away. very highly recommend!!

Olga is a fantastic host, She is very responsive and has lots of knowledge of the area. Condo was clean and in a very convenient location. I would recommend this listing as a very good value for the location.

Lovely 9th floor balcony and view of the beach. Living area and kitchen like new and well furnished. Comfy bed. Easy elevator ride and walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

This was our first annual mother daughter vacation and the condo did NOT disappoint! The condo was so beautiful just like the pictures. Everything was clean, and the bed was really comfortable! Highly recommend this condo!

When my daughter owned the door, she simply had one word, “Wow”. It is a beautiful place. The master bedroom and bath are spacious to say the least. There is plenty of room in the kitchen. Very clean. My wife, and our girls love to spend time in the hot tub after a day at the beach. The location is highly convenient. Publix and the Walmart grocery are within 2 miles. A couple of ice cream shops within two miles. All that is enough, but you also have a lady, Cynthia, that has the answers to all your questions, and she is local. You can also message Tony, and you will get a response. I do enjoy the view on the 17th floor, and the elevators are quick, so there is no disadvantage to the higher floors. We will certainly stay again if we come to Orange Beach again.

Beautiful home. It was a great location centrally located close to gulf shores and orange beach. Loved having the private beach access and this unit was at the end close proximity to the crossing for the beach. It could get a little noisy with road traffic noise in the bedroom but we tuned it out with our sleep sound machine. The neighborhood is absolutely adorable. We thoroughly enjoyed walking it in the morning and evenings. The unit was beautifully decorated and they provided one small started pack of each item. So i recommend bringing your own laundry pods and garbage bags if staying a few days. Thank you for a great stay! Loved having the beach cart and chairs to use at the beach.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

Pool was perfect, location is ideal. House was pretty bare bones, but had everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a couple or small family. We’ve stayed many places in Pensacola Beach and we would definitely stay here again!

We spent 1-2hrs on the beach before we even entered the house! This location was perfect!! Close to NAS, 35 min from gulf shores beach for more great food options. The kids couldn’t wait to get in the water (and sand) everyday!

The place was amazing! It was clean, bright and open. The location was nice. Not much within walking distance but an easy drive to all the restaurants and local bars and stores. The beach was beautiful and super close. We had such a great time. Hannah is the perfect host, allowed us to check in early, and always responded quickly.

We had an easy, lovely stay. And we're grateful for Jordan and Chandler accommodating our extra night.

The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was so peaceful on the back deck with the pelicans, seagulls, squirrels and big beautiful blue heron visiting everyday. Loved watching the boats pass. It was close to the main strip, but far enough away that our stay was quiet and relaxing. Would stay here again

The condo was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. Very clean, phenomenal view, comfortable beds! Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The property was also very clean and the beach so accessible. We would stay here again.

Sloan's place met and exceeded our expectations. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Sloan was also very responsive to all our communications needs. We would certainly consider staying again if we were in the area.

Jeff was very accommodating and everything was as explained. A few hiccups with checkin but no fault of owners. The security guard at the complex couldn’t tell us how to get to the unit with the construction happening. All in all, great value and very clean accommodations!

It was our first time to Perdido Key and it was great staying in the condo; it had a full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms for my son and myself, and was well equipped. My son was all about screencasting to the TVs which worked seamlessly. We hung out on the balcony as well. Nice place!

Great host and a fabulous property. The condo has amazing views, is centrally located, and has great amenities including a pool. Parking and building access are not a problem, and the unit itself was clean and well maintained. Added bonus that the property is centrally located within just a few minutes of public beaches, restaurants, and historical attractions.

Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Stayed at David’s place for an athletic event my children had. Loved the quiet and peaceful location (compared to some high rises during spring break time). Direct access to beach. Location as described. Had everything my family of 5 needed. Great host very communicative and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if in Orange Beach area.
