Can’t even begin to express of how beautiful Alejandra’s home is…. The pictures don’t do any justice to the house, the cleaning person Irma is amazing and very friendly, the house has everything you need, very well maintained and equipped. My family had a great time and we were al extremely satisfied with the house and all its amenities. All the rooms and big and very spacious, bathrooms are super super clean, overall the house is very well maintained. I hope to be back soon, this is definitely my home away from home :)

This is the second time we've been to Chelapark and we love the house because it's open and let the breeze run. In addition, it has enough garden for the kids to play soccer and volleyball. It has several environments, where each could choose depending on their "mood" or need to work. We were very pleased.

The house is beautiful, the location super well, Irma's care that helps at home is excellent. The house has many amenities and is really spotless. Very fast and proactive communication with hosts. 100% recommended this house!

Incredible home and surroundings. Amazing views from back of the home. You wake up with breathtaking views of The Volcan de Fuego. You couldn't pass up morning walks. That entire grounds were accessible and well maintained. The home was immaculate with all of the rooms ready for us. Living area had a smooth flow from the front of the home to the back. Great open space design! We chose this home for two reasons. One so my entire family can stay together, and to be as close as possible to Antigua. Two, we also wanted to celebrate our wedding in a beautiful surrounding that would be memorable. This home did that without a problem. Alejandra, representative of Asesores, was in contact with us from the beginning to the end. Answered all of our questions, our requests, and made our stay stressless. The owners Debbie and Carlos were amazing hosts. They were super helpful with the wedding preparations. The staff were amazing. We would certainly come back and stay at Casa Cristal!

The house is beautiful, it has everything you need to have a great time, comfortably, designed for the whole family, from babies, to children and adults. Carlos is very friendly, respectful and helpful. We would gladly return again, when we can. Don Mario the very friendly maintenance lord.

If something stands out of this house is Jorge's service, it was always pending, from when we booked it until the day we retired. The house is very complete, it has everything you need, food utensils, toilet paper, sheets, bath towels and towels for pool use. We went on a family trip with small children and the ones who enjoyed it the most were the children! We used the grill, the jacuzzi and the pool of the complex, all very comfortable, I definitely recommend it!

As always… Staying here it’s a pleasure! If it’s ever for sale… I’m buying it! Love this place!

It’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a vacation home with family. The beach is 10 to 15 min walking. There’s an area where you can rent 4wheelers. Close to the super 24 which is the local store for foods, snacks drinks and much more. My family really enjoyed the stay everything was as describes and Nery was very responsive via the app for any questions about your stay and check in. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Puerto SanJose area.

A house with ALL you need to enjoy the sea in peace and comfort. Spectacular ranch, Clean and comfortable house, modern and functional practical kitchen. Great location. We will definitely be back.

The house is spectacular, with wonderful views, Héctor and Gladys were super helpful and helpful at all times! Maria was always super communicative and the house was relentless at all times during our stay with all the amenities and amenities for me and my family. The place is a 100/10
