Apartment as advertised, quiet, very comfortable bedding, spacious bathroom, separate toilet, large living room/dining room/kitchen very well equipped. We had a very nice stay at Cristina's who was a very attentive and responsive host. All the amenities, the pool and the bus to Rouen are a stone's throw away, what more could you ask for? We'll be back!

The kindness, warm welcome and friendliness of the co-host embellished our weekend. He was responsive to our messages and flexible with check-in and check-out time. These explanations were clear and accurate. The space was functional, clean, bright. The neighborhood is quiet, there is transportation and a shopping center within a 10-minute walk. We really enjoyed staying at this Airbnb. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice stay. Impeccable accommodation, faithful to the photo. Everything is available to be in comfort. This home is near the city center by car, easy to access with the tram. Around the place a lot of fast food, Super U and great fresh. David was very responsive, and gave good advice to visit Rouen. I would definitely recommend this place, which is also pet-friendly. We had a perfect week! My family and I will come back without hesitation! I hope to see you soon! Joan

I spent 3 weeks at Ricardo's apartment and immediately felt very good there. The apartment is very well-equipped, impeccable and Ricardo is very responsive. Recommended!

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.
