Previously owned by a Prohibition era “businessman” this large 2 bedroom home is fun and comfortable. Custom kitchen and bathroom. Laundry room. All new appliances. TVs in living room and bedrooms. This cozy little private cottage is tucked into the corner of a fenced backyard in a pleasant suburban neighborhood less than a 5 minute drive to historic Old Town and the waterfront. About 1 mile from the ancient redwoods and ferns of Sequoia Park, the zoo, and the new Redwood Sky Walk high amid the amazing trees. It has a large and luxurious tub made for two people, hardwood floor, skylights, a small south-facing patio with chairs and lounges, full and equipped kitchen, WiFi and a loveseat.

Just down the steps across the OUTDOOR LIVING ROOM, step into the "Shower Grotto", inside an Old Growth Redwood Stump with a Rain Shower.
