This loft has everything you could need for a weekend or long term stay. It is conveniently located in central downtown next to restaurants, public transportation, and entertainment. This is the only residence in downtown Edmonton with LRT and pedway access from the lower lobby. Bus stop direct by the main entrance. Security cameras and doorman on duty. Airport pickup and drop off for $30 one way.
The loft bed is not suitable for a person with mobility issues. Underneath the bed, there is a desk and walk-in close with penty of storage.
The building is located in Central downtown, with access to subway system (pedway and LRT train). A bus stop is in front of the building's main entrance. You wait for bus inside the building on a bench. During harsh Edmonton's winter you can do your shopping in tee-shirt by taking the LRT to Southgate mall or walk using the padway. If you work downtown you access the padway and walk avoiding the cold weather. When you work in Telus or Commerce Place you can enjoy your lunch at your place, because those buildings are located accross the the Cambridge Lofts and accessible via the padway. If you are University student, the LRT will take you there in less than 15 mins and on the way home you can get out at the Southgate mall and do grocery shopping. Living in this building you are in a walking distance to many restaurants. You are one block away from Churchill Square and five blocks from Rogers Place the new hockey arena.

Our 555 sq ft modern loft is open concept with 6 wonderfully large windows that light the place right up. We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.
The building is very secure it has a 24 hour door person and fob entry into the building. It is the only building where you can take the elevator underground to the LRT. A tv with Netflix and wifi internet is included, we have a desk for anyone that needs to get some work done. Located right on Jasper ave the area is full of festivals during summer that are just steps away. In the winter take advantage of being able to access City Center without having to step outside in the cold by taking the elevator downstairs for underground access that will take you to great shopping, the movies or dinner. There are many great restauraunts in the area. Coming to Edmonton for a concert? walking distance to the new rogers arena about a 14 minute walk or a short ride to rexall on the lrt. ******There is a parkade located behind the building with hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates available but the building itself does not have parking***** Overall this is a great location in walking distance to many places.

My space is "Very warm and homey," as I have been told. I sing for fun with my friends, paint as a part of my profession and am a new woodworker, i have discovered that i love to build and design things in the past 2 years. I have many plants and instruments too. I believe a green space is important for your soul and I think music is the way to feel sound and an expression of our deepest emotions - so an instrument or two never hurt anyone. I love to cook and depending on the length of your stay i am sure you will have at lest 1 or 2 of my meals, and if you share the same passion i would absolutly enjoy cooking with you too. I have cats who are super friendly, all rescues and love cuddles! So be ready for some attention!!
I live in an artist community that is at the beginning of downtown Edmonton and is easily accessible by foot. Jasper Avenue has many great restaurants, patios and bars.
