We have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. We are on the second floor. The room is at the back for the location it is remarkably quiet, The room we let out is our spare room. Guests have to share the bathroom but Wilma & I fit in with guests so it is not a problem. There is not tea & coffee making in the room but tea and coffee are available 24/7 you just need to ask.
We are in the centre of Harrogate just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants, Betty's Cafe, Valley Gardens and Pump Room Museum.

This vibrant town has a lot to offer. Single room in shared house in central Harrogate. Five minute walk to Harrogate Conference Centre and 8 minutes to the Royal Hall. Bus and train stations about an 8 minute walk too. The room has plenty of storage space. Tea and coffee supplies in kitchen. You can cook in the shared kitchen or use one of the many takeaways or restaurants nearby. The room has WIFI and a locking door.
Please feel free to use the kitchen. There is a cupboard above the radiator with tea and coffee supplies and pasta etc...please use. Pot and pans are under the cooker and plates etc in the cupboard to the right of the cooker.
The house backs pretty much onto the train track, which I love, but just so you are aware. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk to the centre of town and countless restaurants and bars. There's a great Greek restaurant about a 3 minute walk from the property. It's a 5 minute walk to the bus and train station and the royal hall and conference centre.

Picturesque and classic Victorian family terrace house close to the centre of Harrogate. Contemporary decor, relaxed atmosphere with a front garden onto the street and a back enclosed garden with seating and space for bicycles. The host and two of her three grownup children plus Bob the family cat live here so its always busy with activity.
We have on street parking available close to the front door (this is not always guaranteed)with guest parking tickets. The town centre is 5 minutes walk and is full of a huge variety of eating places to suit all budgets and bars to suit your entertainment needs. We are 8 minutes walk from the railway station and the bus station offering links to York and Leeds. Additionally we are close to the historical town of Knaresborough and short bus ride or drive away from some of Yorkshire's most beautiful landscapes and attractions. Harrogate is a conference town so if that is the reason for your visit we are located 5 minutes walk from the front door of the Harrogate International Centre.

So this lovely airy space is on the second floor of my four storey terrace town house and offers a double bedroom, a large lounge which can also provide a second double bedroom area and a private shower and loo. It’s right in the centre of Harrogate so perfect for visiting this picturesque town with great coffee bars. On the ground floor you have use of the small kitchen and a lovely big dining room with wood burning stove. I’m sometimes there but have a top floor attic space where I live.
The second floor space would be yours entirely to use.
Harrogate is a wonderful place to stay. It’s got great museums and historic spaces. Valley Gardens is a must for a stroll and a picnic if the weathers good and there are some really neat cafes and bars very near my house.

Spacious double room on the top floor of a newly renovated, large, 5 bedroomed, 2 reception roomed Edwardian house - a 30 second walk to the Majestic Hotel, 4 minute walk to Harrogate Convention Centre and a 6 minute walk into town/bars/restaurants/shops. Also a short walk to Valley Gardens and Turkish Baths. Very central but quiet location. Free continental breakfast. Communal snug, with TV, wi-fi etc and garden with woods. Perfect for conference/exhibition or weekend stays.
My husband, Simon and I live in the house with our son (early 20s) and a lodger. The bathroom on the 2nd floor is shared with just one person but there are a couple more bathrooms in the house, so always a spare loo to use if necessary! The bedroom is specifically for guests, so is all kept very nicely with a comfy king size bed, sofa, chair, chest of drawers, full length mirror, bedside lamp and table, tea and coffee facilities and a couple of clothes hangers. If you prefer 2 beds, we can provide an additional (proper) very comfortable single bed in the room. We will provide towels and fresh bed linen, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We also have a very friendly, 2 year old Labrador X dog and two cats, so you must be an animal lover! We work full time as photographers/video editors, but work from home a lot, in a private office, downstairs in the basement, so if you need us, we are available most of the time for hints, tips and advice about local things to do and places to go, but we also have our own living room for chilling out in, in the evenings.
The location is amazing - we are on a quiet cul de sac, but only a couple of minutes walk from the conference centre and exhibition hall, six minutes walk from the town centre, bars, restaurants and shops, and about a ten minute walk from the train station/bus station. We have private woods at the back of our house, which is inhabited by squirrels, bats and owls. So although we are right in the town centre, it is really peaceful.

Entrance round the back in Back Granville Road. The red door number 2 is the communal entrance for both flats. Number 1 is on the first floor and number 2 is on the second floor. Over the top of Graveleys, Harrogate’s finest fish restaurant. The communal entrance is with a number coded lock on the ground floor this provides access up the stairs for both flats. Both flats are newly fitted out to the highest standards. After every visit the rooms are cleaned, checked and all linen changed. 2 Keys for each flat are kept in the key safes outside each flat. When you leave please put the keys on the table in the centre of the lounge and leave the flat unlocked. We hope you enjoy your stay. Each property comes with a now TV and TV connected to the internet. The internet is the maximum available in this street and is 16mb. When superfast becomes available here we will upgrade. The internet router wifi name is TNCAP5BC6DD and the password is 1DA98C30D3. Each property is ideally laid out for 4 people to stay for as long as required. The kitchen is newly fitted for a family or a group to cater for themselves by cooking a full meal if required. Microwave provided for quick meals. As each flat can sleep 4 people a group of 8 taking the 2 flats would be a lot of fun for an 8 group. A single car park is available FREE outside the red door of the flat. One spot for each flat. (If a bollard is raised the key for this is in the laundry room at the bottom of the stairs). The washer and separate dryer on the ground floor are available for use by the guests. The whole property is fitted with the latest technology fire alarm and has been tested recently. Gas tests are done annually. The heating thermostat is in the lounge please use as required. You are staying in the centre of the happiest place to live in the North of England. Enjoy all that it offers. I will say a bit about the restaurants, bars and clubs of which I have personal knowledge in the town after 9 years living here. This is a non exhaustive list and by no means covers all of them and is only my personal opinion of times and places I have enjoyed. The Orchid is Asian fusion and well loved in the town by many people and probably more upscale than most. It’s on Swan Road is part of the Studley Hotel. Reservation usually necessary. 01423 560425. The Royal Baths is Chinese and well loved in the town by many people and probably more upscale than most. On the Crescent. Reservation not always necessary 01423 536888. (Very impressive spacious conversion of the old Spa rooms / hall and displays some of the beauty and elegance of 100 years ago). Gino d’Campo is Italian and has an impressive rooftop cocktail bar. Based on Parliament Street on right walking down towards the bottom. 01423 705777. Sasso Italian restaurant probably the best in town for Italian “chef patron cooking” regional and genuine Italian goodies also great wine list. Push the boat out and try the Red wine Amarone, excellent! On Princes Square 01423 508838. Advisable to book. Upscale! English pub dining and great value would be the Coach & Horses. No need to book. This is bar food generous portions and tasty along with excellent hand pulled ales. This place is legendary throughout Yorkshire and has won pub of the year a number of times. All ales in excellent condition and high turnover it gets busy at peak times! This on West Park near to the Prince of Wales roundabout. Large bar and substantial dining rooms for excellent food and wine the Fat Badger is hard to beat adjoined to the White Hart hotel. Bar and restaurant. You can have bar food or served in the dining room. All excellent value English top quality. At the bottom of Cold Bath Road near to The Crown roundabout. William & Victorias this equally as good as all the rest and been a Harrogate favourite for many years. Again at the bottom of Cold Bath Road and it is necessary to book most of the time it is full. Great wine list. 01423 521510. If its late night Friday 9pm onwards check out the Ivory Bar, 2 The Ginnel, off Parliament Street. Live music on Fridays very often a great act on and fun ‘till 2 in the morning. No need to book. If it’s live Blues that’s your thing check out the Blues bar on Montpellier Parade. Live music most evenings and Sunday afternoon. Real ales. No need to book. Pub style. There are many more bars and restaurants these are just a few that it has been my pleasure to visit over the last 10 years and more. I am still discovering hidden gems. If you come across any you think should be brought to others attention drop me a line. Other venues: - The Convention Centre 300 yards walk from the flats down the hill. The Royal Hall great national style performances held here Ballet, Classical music, Tribute bands, its next to the convention centre. The Harrogate Theatre opposite the Flats across the road pantomime in season and many other performances throughout the year. All the above are within easy walking distance in the town (10 mins) and easily found. If you should prefer to take a taxi then these people are local and will be with you quickly. (All walkable). The Warehouse recording studios are for those who may remember “Whispering Bob Harris” of the Old Grey Whistle Test days. Annie Nightingale about the same time. This is a Friday night venue (check on the internet what is on) and is a taxi ride again next to Sainsburys on the Wetherby Road. All the above are my own observations after a long period of enjoyment in Harrogate and not meant to replace the research you should do on the internet to check what is on for yourself. The nearest grocer shop is Tesco Express on Cambridge Road (next to Macdonalds). A full size Waitrose is situated on Station Parade. A 2 minute walk to the centre of town, the Convention Centre and Theatre, our home is 19th Century Victorian located on a quite, tree-lined road. A stones-throw from all amenities including the Royal Hall, Harrogate Theatre, Betty's Tea Rooms and the Convention Centre, our home is in a perfect location to get around Harrogate by foot. The beautiful Victoria Gardens are 5 minutes walk. Free on-street permit parking is available, and we are 5 minutes walk from the train & bus station.
We have been hard at work refurbishing our home to make it a great place to live for me and Cath, and your room and bathroom are brand new! Everything is recently done - with fresh new paper, paint, carpet and furniture. We haven't quite finished (we still have the hallway/landing to do) - this will of course in no way affect your stay.
If you love your coffee or food, you are in for a treat. Bean & Bud is an award winning independent coffee shop 2 minutes away, and Hoxton North provides a great brew in a great location. Where to start with food - you will be spoilt for choice! There is every option - from Gino's and other national restaurants to the Hotel du Vin, The Ivy and of course, the world(?) famous Betty's. Valley Gardens are nearby for a lovely walk and to chill in. The RHS Harlow Carr is just under 2 miles away, and we are just one town over from the city of York, with it's beautiful, quirky and unique centre and the magnificent York Minster Cathedral. If you like the metropolitan lifestyle, Leeds is 35 minutes on the train which offers all you would expect from a modern city of its size.

My place is close to parks, art and culture, shops and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the ambiance and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. Self catering. Integrated ceiling speakers in the bedroom and lounge give you extra vibe for your stay. Train station is 5 minutes walk where you can go to Leeds or York. Leeds Bradford Airport is 30 minutes drive. Extra guests can sleep on luxury airbed in lounge.

One of only a handful of apartments within this tastefully converted church. Quiet residence with free on site parking, and located in an upmarket neighbourhood. The Studio itself has a modern bathroom with electric shower. The separate clean and modern kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Contemporary feel with soft lighting and internal window looking out toward the grand church windows. The king size bed is opulent and very comfortable, zoned off to create seclusion and restful sleep. The lounge/dining area is luxuriously appointed with fabulous furniture, as well as having the latest TV, electric wall fire, double sofa bed and window seats. HIC - AT THE BOTTOM OF THE ROAD! PARKING - on street, permit provided! WIFI Train & Bus Station - 7-10 minute walk! Shops, theatre, restaurants, bars and Harrogate Landmarks - on the doorstep! You'll love my gorgeous home, a home from home, located in the heart of Harrogate close to everything this wonderful spa town has to offer. It is walking distance to wonderful eateries (try Stuzzi at the bottom of the road), parks (Valley Gardens is a must), shops and minutes from the conference centre.
There are 4 bedrooms, 1 with a King, 1 with a Double, 1 Twin and another with a single bed. We have listed as 6 people as we feel the space suits this number but of course can take an extra person if required on request for an additional charge, just ask when contacting me. It can be used as 4 bedrooms if necessary, ideal for visitors to the conference centre. There is a good sized kitchen/ diner with a washing machine/ dryer, dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, a microwave and all other mod cons. Wifi is free throughout the house and we have a DVD player. There is also an urban garden with summerhouse. If there is something you require, please ask and I'll see if I have it. Parking outside the house is by guest permit and is free from 6pm to 9am all week and all day on a Sunday. We will supply guest permits for 1 vehicle per day. For any additional vehicles, free Parking is available within a 5 to 10 minute walk from house.
Right in the heart of this wonderful spa town, within walking distance to everything and everywhere. I love Harrogate, it is a cultural yet funky town with the right mix of the historic and modern. Whatever restaurants your taste buds desire, from Chinese and Thai to Fish and Chips, Harrogate has some of the best! The property is 1 bedroom, with a (metal action) sofa bed in the living room so ideal for couples with children (extra charge payable at the property for bedding if the extra bedding and duvet is required please let us know prior to your arrival so we can deliver them to the apartment). The basement apartment is very cosy and has a lovely homely feeling about it. Containing a large double bedroom and a delightful bespoke bathroom, the property also includes a small but well equip kitchen with dining space in the large living room.
Harrogate is becoming an increasingly popular holiday destination as well as being ideal for business travellers, using the Harrogate International Conference Centre, or just passing though. Harrogate contains a plethora of restaurants and bars, some well known chains, but many local restaurants and shops that we encourage all of our guests to visit if they can. The apartment is only 2 minutes walk from the Train Station, and about 10 minutes walk to the famous Bettys Tea Rooms. This ground floor apartment has a light spacious living room, cosy double bedroom, shower room and small but perfectly formed and fully equipped kitchen . Its a pleasant short walk ( less than 10 minutes ) into the heart of Harrogate .
The apartment is a lovely, clean and homely place to relax ( or work ! ) in. The living room has a dining table and chairs housed in a nice bay window area where you can watch the world go by.
You will find a list of shops, restaurants, music and art venues as well as important local numbers in the folder in the flat. It is close to all transport, shopping and main attractions. There is the International Conference Centre; Royal Hall for shows and concerts on Ripon Road, the Pump Room Museum at the bottom of Montpellier; Turkish Baths and Spa rooms in Parliament Street , as well as Harrogate Theatre the Odeon and Everyman Cinemas very nearby. Valley Gardens at the bottom of Montpellier is lovely and through it is a fabulous walk through the Pine Woods. If you go far enough there is Birk Cragg and Harlow Carr (a must for gardeners) and a ' Betty's. The main 'Betty's' tea shop is on the corner of Parliament Street, there are often queues here, so best to plan a bit of extra time if you are going to visit. Some great spots close by and my favourite places to eat , La Feria, The Orchid are worth a visit but booking essential. Bica cafe is just around the corner and has a great breakfast menu along with lunches and occasional evening dining.

The house has a pretty walled, private outside seating area to the rear. Approximately 5 min walk from both bus and train station with on street permit parking, a daily pass is provided. Upstairs the house has two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a seated dining area for four and pantry with fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There is a separate lounge with substantial sofa, TV and desk area. There is also a downstairs toilet and utility room with washer/dryer and iron. Outside there is a private secure area with a table and four chairs which is a lovely sun trap on summer days.
The spa town of Harrogate has not only many historical features to visit, it also has many restaurants and bars. As we live in the town we can give you plenty of recommendations based on your personal requirements. Harrogate is on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and within travelling distance of the Yorkshire Moors.

A modern apartment less than 100 metres away from:Harrogate Town Centre, Train & Bus Station, Shopping, Restaurants, Restaurants and Bars, Coffee Shops, Cinemas and Valley Gardens. You’ll love it here because of the central location; perfectly situated for anyone seeking a few days away or visiting with the exhibition centre and seeking self catering. Newly built in 2015, the apartment has fantastic facilities and modern decor, open plan with plenty of space! Please email for any other info!
There is space for bikes to be locked up (uncovered) out at the back of the apartment and space inside for large cases. Although there is no parking included, there are plenty of free spaces, paid for spaces and multi-storey car parks within 100 metres. There is also access to the rear if you need to transport cases/luggage.
Here are my personal favourites - but you're spoilt for choice here and this isn't an exhaustive list by any means! Coffee - Bean and Bud (amazing coffees from all over the world in a fantastic indy coffee shop) Breakfast - Starlings (eggs on toast to die for!) Lunch - Filmore & Union is just around the corner and offer 2 levels of seating, with cocktails too! Afternoon tea - Betty's (a traditional English must visit!) Dinner - Stuzzi's are a Michelin Star restaurant offering personalised service and a fantastic range in menu, different everyday. Chilled drinks - Hoxton North Fancy drinks - The Ivy Gin experience - Slingsby's offer a gin tasting experience which I can't recommend enough! Attractions - Theatre, 2 cinemas either side of the apartment (Everyman and Odeon), Exhibition Centre, Valley Gardens Park (with tennis courts, mini golf, a skate park and ice cream parlour), Harrogate Spa and Betty's Tea Rooms to name a few.

The kitchen and living area are open to make a great space for cooking and socialising. You are very welcome to use this space. The bathroom is a good size with a large bath & complimentary lavender oil and bath salt, when you wish to relax. Good shower if you are in more of a hurry. There is a washing machine with dryer as well. You will have a variety of coffee and tea available; I have Tassimo espresso coffee, decaf version, Nescafe and 'Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea' also. Everything you might need. Guest access: You have full use of the kitchen, living and dining area, your bedroom and the shared bathroom. The apartment is located on the third floor and accessed from a communal hallway and staircase. There is on street permit parking with day passes provided for you for your stay.
When you step outside the flat on Cold Bath Road, you will find yourself right at the doorstep of the centre of Harrogate. This street itself is full of cafes and places to eat. Right opposite you will find La Feria, a Spanish restaurant. If you walk further up the street, in a few minutes you will see various cafes, a local Sainsburys shop, and you must pop in to Manna Bakery, which is one of the best bakeries in the area. You can go for a walk in the lovely Valley Garden which is situated just a street away – Harrogate's most famous garden park with a Japanese Garden, loads of squirrels and beautiful landscape. Or turn to your right on Cold Bath Road and head towards the shops of Harrogate town centre. You will find the famous Bettys Café just in a few minutes. Try the traditional afternoon tea before you explore the centre of Harrogate which has lovely surroundings with Victorian buildings, hotels and the most popular British shops.
