It is minutes from downtown, the Smith Ballpark, and just down the street from Liberty Park where you will find grass, kickball fields, trees, ponds, tennis courts, playgrounds, jogging paths, and the Tracy Aviary. There is a nearby Target and an even nearer 7-11 if you forget your toothbrush. My favorite neighborhood spots are Ruby Snap (cookies to die for), Laziz Kitchen (excellent Lebanese), Vertical Diner (vegan fare), Publik coffee shop, Epic Brewing Company, R&R BBQ, Moochie's Meatballs (for an amazing Philly cheesesteak), Proper Burger, and Tacos Don Rafa (street tacos).

Studio B is for travelers who value a high standard of cleanliness, sharp design, and a thoughtfully appointed space. A cozy ground floor studio apartment with a queen bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and private entrance. Studio B is a charming urban sanctuary with modern style. Our unit is legally zoned for nightly rentals and is approved by our HOA. We live in the neighborhood and enjoy the community here. Guests tell us that we "do AirBnB the right way," which is our goal.
Studio B is a compact space that is clean, organized, and stocked with plenty of amenities. We are hosts who provide more than the bare bones for travelers - we make sure it is highly comfortable and enjoyable for guests to land here for resting up and/or to head out on their adventures around SLC and beyond. The few extra bucks spent to stay in Studio B opposed to similar listings nearby will make your stay here worth it. All of the furnishings are new in 2018. I will mention the bed since all of our guests comment on how comfortable it is! It is a new "Purple" brand mattress and they are made right here in Alpine, UT. Their commercials are hilarious and their mattresses are exceptional. We bought another Purple mattress for our own bed we liked it so much. The studio has a newly installed ductless mini-split system inside so guests can control their own thermostat for heat and air conditioning with the touch of a remote. Street parking is free right outside your door on West Temple. The adjacent streets have parking available also. We are the owners of the townhouse and also the AirBnB managers and we like to be hands on. The upper portion of the townhouse was our primary home from 2018 - 2019. We recently bought a cute house around the corner and converted the upper two floors of the townhouse into another fully furnished rental unit called West Temple Townhouse that is separate from Studio B. To clarify, our whole property is a three story townhouse with two separate rental units in it. The Studio B unit is on the ground floor ( a studio apartment with a private entrance, no shared space, free street parking) that we rent via AirBnB. The West Temple Townhouse unit is on the upper two floors of the same townhouse (a 2 bed / 2.5 bath furnished apartment with an attached 2 car garage, separate entrance door). *Please note that we currently have a full-time lease tenants in West Temple Townhouse upstairs. A lovely couple that moved here recently from out of state. It is imperative that our Studio B guests understand we need our upstairs tenants to feel comfortable and relaxed when they are home. So far, so good! 95% of all reasonable adults know what this means without further explanation and can manage it with ease. For all others, this means noise levels should always be considerate and appropriate behavior is required at all times with typical hospitality quiet hours (between 10pm - 9am). Studio B is not place for a raucous party or other loudness in the wee hours...or really any hours. We will not be pleased if we receive a complaint from our tenants. Interestingly, the layout of this townhouse was designed with nightly rentals in mind. Our building is actually legally zoned for nightly rentals - hooray!!! Our location is key - great walkability to many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, corner market....and a dangerously delicious gourmet donut shop. Ample parking on the street and easy freeway access for heading to the mountains fast. We are one block away from the Trax line, which goes to the airport, the University of Utah, the Hospital, and also a great distance south if you are headed in that direction. Excellent proximity to Salt Palace Convention Center, University of Utah, Baseball Stadium, Liberty Park and much more. Studio B is an excellent location for Sundance Film Festival goers - we're close to all SLC film fest venues plus fast freeway access to zip up to Park City for the day or down to Sundance Resort for a taste of Robert Redford galore. As an installation artist by trade, I had a splendid time putting my skill set to use in composing a cleverly designed space that is functional, calming, and a bit unique. I worked in the hospitality industry for a long stretch so I get kick out of providing exemplary service. I have also traveled the world and understand how comforting it is to find a sweet gem of a spot to rest your head and recharge. We hope Studio B is an unexpected highlight on your travel adventures.
The Central Ninth (C9) is a great little spot that is growing fast. It used to be a rather gritty neighborhood a decade ago. Now the C9 is experiencing a revitalization and is known as Salt Lake City's "it" neighborhood right now . I describe the C9 as on its way to becoming gentrified, but thankfully it still retains a wonderful mix of demographics at the moment. The hipsters have arrived, but we also have a real dive bar and we are proud of it. There are very tall trees and historic Victorian bungalow homes on some streets, modern buildings with trendy businesses on others, and all this lands within a somewhat industrial section of downtown called the Granary District.

Newly remodeled, 1 bedroom downtown condo. It's right down town and a close walk to everything including the city center, Temple Square, City Creek Mall, and Vivint Arena. 10 min ride from the airport or 20 mins on train. The Train stops just down the street. It has a full bath, laundry, and kitchen stocked with snacks. Brand new queen bed and sleeper sofa with two twin fold outs will sleep up to 6! I keep it VERY clean, comfy, and cozy. It's a really great downtown spot!
This is a ground level condo so there are a few steps down to the door. It's the most accessable condo in the building being closest to the gated parking with the fewest stairs to the door. The condo sleeps up to 6 people! 2 people very comfortably, 4 people somewhat comfortably, and 6 people in a more crowded situation. It sleeps 2 very comfortably on the plush queen size bed in the bedroom. It sleeps 4 somewhat less comfortably using the sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is just fine, but the queen in the bedroom is the comfiest. There are two fold up twin beds in the closet. You can fit them both in the bedroom or one in the bedroom and one in the living room. With 6 people it becomes crowded but doable. The pull out twins are really nice for fold ups and fit full size adults. There is a coffeemaker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer in the kitchen. The living area includes an HDTV with (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) chromecast so you can use your netflix or other steaming accounts to stream right from your phone or tablet to the TV. WIFI is included for internet browsing, watching movies, etc. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryer, and clean towels. There is also detergent and dryer sheets for laundry and plenty of snacks in the kitchen and fridge.
This condo is right on the edge of downtown so it isn't super busy but it is right next to all of the action. All the best places to eat are within walking distance. It is truly the perfect location for a stay in Salt Lake.

The rooms also have their own heater and AC so you have total control of the temperature.

Super cute backyard studio cottage in the hip, up-and-coming "Central Ninth" neighborhood district. Popular restaurants, bars, brew pubs, live music venues and coffee shops are located nearby, and the nearest Trax light-rail stop is one half block from the house. 1 mile to the Salt Palace convention center, 10 minutes to the airport. The studio is a freestanding building separate from the main house, with all the necessary amenities (bathroom, kitchen, bed, heat, A/C, high speed internet, etc.)
Our studio cottage is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and reclaimed oak hardwood floors. There are elements of reclaimed wood throughout, including a large sliding bathroom door. We have used the space as an art studio/guest room for years, and it's a good place to get some work done (if you are so inclined). There is a queen size Murphy bed that pulls down from the wall. The bed will be left down for shorter stays, and for longer stays we are happy to give instructions for locking it to the wall for extra floor space. There is a privacy wall between the bed and sitting area with shelves for storage and a fold down work desk. The couch also folds into a bed, and there are extra sheets, blankets and pillows in the large closet. The TV is ready for Netflix watching and there’s an Xbox with games that also has the ability to play DVDs, but we currently do not have network television channels or cable. Please no smoking inside the studio, thank you!
For entertainment you are a block away from all-ages music venue Kilby Court, a few blocks to the downtown Farmer's Market, and one Trax stop away from the Salt Lake Bees Baseball stadium (AAA affiliate of the L.A. Angels), where you can watch pro baseball for $10 tickets with a mountain backdrop. There is a vegan restaurant and vegan donut shop on our street, and many bars/brew pubs within a block or two, including Fisher Brewing and T.F. Brewing, which both also offer rotating food trucks daily. Two awesome hip coffee shops (Blue Copper and Publik) are also in the neighborhood. With a car, Whole Foods, Smith's and Harmon's grocery stores are 5 minutes away, and on foot there is a small boutique market at the end of our street. Also on foot there are several popular restaurants and authentic street taco carts nearby.

This condo is located across from Legends Bar and Grill, and Brewvies Theater- a Salt Lake City Favorite. We are in a great spot downtown. There is a trax stop that is only 1.5 blocks south and you can ride it into the convention center and vivant smart home arena block for free. You can take trax directly ot this spot from the airport too, eliminating the need for a rental car! über and lyft is only about $5 as well if you are nit feeling like taking the trax or walking a few blocks. Legends Bar and Grill is across the street (literally). Brewvies Cinema Pub is a Salt Lake City Favorite and they serve food and alcohol as they show newest top movies! There are two ski rental places within a block or two as well.

Both bedrooms have queen beds that come with shelving and storage for clothing. There is a washer and dryer included with laundry detergent and bleach. Animals must be potty or kennel trained. Everything else has, of course, been spiffily updated -- and a sleeping loft (with a memory-foam topped king bed and a walk-in closet) added not too long ago. Windows and a skylight keep the sunlight pouring in, even in the dead of winter. Cooks will love this place. From kitchen gadgets to the Bosch gas range to the cast-iron pots to the dishwasher, everything you need is within arm's reach. (Note: two gourmet markets sit within a three-minute walk of the front door, one of which is open late enough to accommodate anything you may have plumb forgotten to pick up.) The loft is very much an OG *loft,* not an apartment-style layout that has been slapped with the name. The sleeping loft overlooks the open-plan kitchen and lounge, but has no separating wall. Only the bathroom is a separate room. Because of the decidedly open plan, this space is ideally appropriate for one or two guests.
The loft is right smack-dab downtown, in SLC's fast-growing Warehouse Arts District. It's just past the feet of the skyscrapers, but it's a friendly little neighborhood all of its own. This neighborhood is home to oodles of restaurants, live music venues, bars, breweries, gourmet markets, movie theatres, art galleries, shopping (and even a planetarium). Pioneer Park, which hosts events and Farmers' Markets all sunny-season long, is a three-minute walk away. In the wintertime, the downtown ice-skating rink is five minutes away by car (or around ten via light rail). The loft is also within easy walking distance of the Salt Palace Convention Center. The extended neighborhood needs no introduction. If you're bored in central Salt Lake City, you're borING. Not far from the loft, you'll encounter a couple of trampoline gyms, world-class indoor climbing, the City Creek Park natural area, the trailhead for the eminently mountain-bikable Shoreline Trail, the state's largest (and most impressive) public library, the University of Utah, a really-quite-beautiful high-end shopping centre and at least a dozen great yoga studios. Just slightly farther afield, you'll find one of the premier paragliding training centers in the U.S., as well as three skydiving drop zones, the Olympic Park and a skydiving wind tunnel.

This stunning two bedroom suite is nestled in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. You will be vacationing on the top floor of the building which boasts hardwood floors, exposed brick, and elegant decor throughout. We have fallen in love with this home and invite you to do the same.
The suite is similar to a hotel experience in that it does not have a full kitchen but it does have a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishes, and utensils for your convenience. There are several restaurants less than a block away from which to choose such as California Pizza Kitchen, Tucano’s, Chile Tepin, Finca, Carlucci’s (breakfast and lunch cafe), Caputo’s, Bruges Waffles and Frites, Costa Vida and much more. The suite sleeps six. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The living room includes one queen sized sleeper sofa. The Central Ninth neighborhood is a fast-growing, artsy area that is right on the edge of downtown Salt Lake City. For entertainment you are a block away from all-ages music venue Kilby Court, a few blocks to the downtown Farmer's Market, and one Trax stop away from the Salt Lake Bees Baseball stadium (AAA affiliate of the L.A. Angels), where you can watch pro baseball for $10 tickets with a mountain backdrop.
