Nice simple room, with comfortable bed (memory foam mattress). Quiet, central and friendly.
This flat is the drawing room level of a Victorian townhouse, it has a bit of grandeur and some interesting features. Thge flat overlooks the Dean Gardens and is close to Stockbridge and the center of town. There are easy bus connections to the airport, the university and Leith. The train station is 20 minutes walk.

The flat is located in Stockbridge - a very friendly, local and desirable part of Edinburgh. The flat is about 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and Princes Street. The Botanical gardens are about a 10 minute walk from the house. Bus stop is 1 minute walk away. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The property has two floors, the rooms are on the bottom floor and living room, kitchen and bathroom is upstairs. There is a second bathroom downstairs also. I will interact through my mobile.
I have 2 room mates living in the house. They are clean and work hard. You will probably not even see them but if you do they are very friendly. Please be aware there are no windows in the room but there is a good ventilation system. You can drop off luggage before 3pm check in if you wish. Please just leave your luggage in the living room and do not try to enter your room before 3 as i need to clean it. If you want to drop off luggage please just let me know . Thank you
Stockbridge is a very popular area for local people. The restaurants are very good and the bars have a great atmosphere. My favourite bar is the Bailie Bar, and my favourite cafe is the Pantry.

The Apartment is super central with easy access to old town (castle and royal mile). With this apartment you are spoilt for choice transport links for in and out of the city centre. There are many fabulous resturants within a few minutes walk. Great coffee shops and local independent boutiques are several minutes walk from this beautiful apartment. One of our favourites is an artisan coffee company called Cairngorm which serves the best coffee (and avocado toast) in town. Parking is metered in this area of town, as is the most of Edinburgh. You most definitely don't need a car for your stay as our apartment is super central. Its an ideal pad for either a business or holiday in Edinburgh.

Join us in our central Edinburgh flat! We're right in the middle of everything with just a 5 minute walk to Princes Street and Grassmarket. That flat is newly renovated and you have a great spacious bedroom along with access to kitchen and shared bathroom. The flat is newly decorated with modern design. We like clean, white and minimal spaces with plenty of colourful features and plants. As we only use the room for air bnb guests, it is perfectly equipped for you needs with no personal items in your space. Heated blankets on the bed, extra power outlets, towels, shampoo and all the basic amenities are provided. The room is rear facing so you get the location without any of the noise!
It's a classic Edinburgh tenement flat right on Lothian Road so you are just a short walk away from everything Edinburgh has to offer. You can see Princes Street, Usher Hall and the Filmhouse from our doorstep while Grassmarket, Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh University are also close-by. The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is just round the corner and as you can imagine there are many cafes, restaurants and bars all around us.

We live in a real community in one of 12 rows of cobbled, terraced houses just next to New Town, each has its own garden and we are 2-3 minutes walk to the centre of Stockbridge centre and 15-20 minutes walk to city centre. Edinburgh is a small and very safe city and walking is the best way to see the city though we have an excellent transport system.

Unique position at the start of Dean Village. In one direction is this amazing storybook location with its modern art galleries and incredible architecture. In the other direction, is the river walk "the water of leith" which will lead you through affluent Stockbridge teeming with serious cake shops and a sunday farmers market. At the beginning of our street 5 minutes walk is Edinburgh Castle and the start of princes street with its access to all the cities main attractions. Despite such a central location this flat remains a peaceful place, protected from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by green spaces, river and trees.

My place is close to the Dean Bridge and the West End. You’ll love my place because of the close proximity to town whilst being in a quiet residential street. We are very close to a large number of bus routes. A comfy king size bed and lots of hot water will set you up for good nights sleep. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
You will be able to make tea and coffee in your room. There is another Airbnb room next door which has a private bathroom. The shared shower room for you is just across the corridor. If my grown up children are home, or if I have a friend staying, they may use the shower room.
We live in a World Heritage Site. The architecture is Georgian. It is a residential area which is 10 minutes walk away from the centre of town. It is quiet, with only local residents using the street outside. At the end of our street is a road with plenty of bus routes and easy access to the north.

It is located about 15-20 minute walk to the city centre. The area is very safe and has a strong community spirit. Stockbridge has many great restuarants, cafes and bars and everyone is very friendly. The flat is on the ground floor so has very easy access from the street.
There are 4 rooms in total in the flat - the other 2 will be on airbnb also. I also live in the flat.
Stockbridge is a special place in Edinburgh and has much to offer. My favourite cafe is The pantry, my favourite bar is Hectors and my favourite restaurant is the Scran and Scallie

It is a charming and peaceful property, characterised by original period features and is part of the longest Georgian terrace in Europe, built in the 1800s. The property is located centrally and is within walking distance of Edinburgh's major tourist attractions. This apartment is ideal for solo explorers, couples and business travellers.
My beautiful apartment is situated in one of the most sought after areas in Edinburgh. The main door of the property opens into a large elegant hallway. The apartment is on the lower ground floor and is down one flight of steps. There is a hand rail and the steps are not steep. The apartment bright, airy with a contemporary feel. The flat has recently been refurbished to a high standard with a brand new kitchen and bathroom. The sitting room is beautifully furnished with a delicate mix of both contemporary and antique furniture. The living room has a large comfortable sofa and is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring Edinburgh. The sofa also converts into a double bed for any extra guests. There is a Smart TV with Freeview and wifi. There is a dining table situated in the window with a view over the leafy gardens. The master bedroom is spacious, with a large comfortable king bed. My cleaners place fresh, hotel-quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival. The bedroom has a traditional Georgian feel and has plenty of storage space. The original sash windows provide natural light and picturesque views over the Dean Valley gardens towards the Firth of Forth. The kitchen is bright and spacious with plenty of work space and all the utensils required to cook a home made meal. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher available. The bathroom is modern and clean and has a bath and shower. I provide extras such as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner so there is one less thing for you to pack! There is no onsite parking. There is metered parking in the surrounding streets but this can be expensive.
The flat is perfectly situated on the west side of Edinburgh's New Town. Princes Street, with its shops and fine views of Edinburgh Castle, elegant George Street and Rose Street with its quirky bars and restaurants are all only a 5 minutes walk. In the opposite direction is the peaceful Waters of Leith with its riverside walk. The Old Town, which features the busy Royal Mile connecting Edinburgh Castle at one end with Hollyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament at the other, is just the other side of Princes Street Gardens. There is no parking at the property.

This is a lovely double room in a quiet central location. The room has its own ensuite bathroom, floor to ceiling window and a pleasant garden view to the rear of the building. There is a shared kitchen and lounge (sharing with the owner and one other).
This is the Drawing room level of a old Edinburgh Town House with nthe traditional high ceilings and intricate cornice work. The flat is up one flight of stairs. The room you would be staying in is what would have been the Master bedroom and retains the original floor to ceiling window and fireplace. The Street is very quiet and central with easy acess to the center of town, Stockbridge and The Botanic Gardens. There is also a key to the Dean Gardens, which are just in front of the flat.
This is one of the nicest streets in Edinburgh. Very quiet and very central, with easy access to the center of town, down to Stockbridge and the Botanic Gardens and with our own (communal) Dean Gardens in front of the building. there is also a lovely walk from here along the river to the Modern Art Gallery.

Come and stay at a tourist attraction in its itself, the famous Great King Street is in the New Town area , with long beautiful road, the property has lovely high ceilings. The area is a UNESCO world heritage site and is full of history. The room itself is a large room with a lot of space. There is also a very luxurious bathroom. 15 minute walk to city centre attractions The neighbourhood is very local and friendly, it is also a very safe area with lovely restaurants, bars and cafes.
The room is very warm and comfortable. The street is very quiet also. You need to go down steps to get to the main door. 15 minute walk to city centre Princes and George Street, and Waverley Train Station. The botanical gardens are also 15 minute walk away. The Edinburgh dungeons and royal mile are close by also. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars are in 5 minute walking distance from the property. Great King Street is a famous street located in the New Town area of city centre Edinburgh, a world heritage site protected under UNESCO. It’s a beautiful area. You can also access the kitchenette for cooking food or making a cup of tea or coffee The air mattress (set up when 3 or more people book) is a very good quality one that sits high of the ground and feels like a normal double sized bed , that provides a genuinely comfortable sleep.
The area is called The New Town, and it is the most desirable area in Edinburgh for people to live and also to socialise. Many famous people have lived in this area. My favourite cafe is the Pantry, and my favourite bar is St. Vincent's Bar. A great restaurant is the Kilted Lobster.
