If you love Japanese cuisine, you have tasted Miso and you maybe liked it. However, it's not clear what Miso is and how it's made, isn't it? So, let me show you all the technic of homemade Miso with some information to help you understand it deeper. Firstly I will explain to you about the process and the ingredients and then you will mix all the ingredients to take the Miso back home. You would need 3-12 months to ferment it. The process takes a while but this experience will be a unique souvenir in the end. The handbook I made and after support by e-mail will guide you through the fermentation process so that you won't suffer after the workshop. The level of the workshop is from beginners to experts. Please feel free to ask me any questions about Miso. (Ingredients are all organic or naturally produced)

Where you'll be
I will conduct my workshop at my family home close to Unoki station in Tokyo. The Unoki station is accessible by Tamagawa line from Kamata station or Tamagawa station. We will meet at the Unoki station and walk to the workshop place. It takes about 5 mins.

Up to 6 guests aged 18 and up can attend.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
The fee doesn't include - A container for the Miso - Transportation fees - Shipping fees ( but I will help you ship your Miso with no charge) There may be flexible with time. If the schedule on my calendar doesn't fit your schedule, please feel free to send me y our request.
