What you'll do

We will meet up at my main training spot, The Circus Project, a beautifully converted warehouse centrally located in Northwest Portland. I will lead you through a warm-up and stretching routine to help prepare your body for acrobatics. We will go over the basics of essential positions and shapes the body can use in acrobatics. You will learn some simple tumbling skills, inversions, and possibly some partner acrobatic moves if attending the class in a group. This class in tailored for a beginner skill level, but it can also be customized if you are looking to learn specific skills or concepts surrounding acrobatics. We will leave time at the end of the class for photos if desired.

Brittany

Brittany

I am a Guinness World Records title holder for the Farthest arrow shot using feet. I have been performing acrobatics and circus since 2005. I have shared my passion and my art with audiences all around the world, including places such as Hong Kong, Germany, Finland, and Dubai. I was featured on The Late Show with David Letterman and I have also been featured by Ripley's Believe It Or Not--they even made a wax statue of me! Whenever I am traveling I love to find unique activities to do, so I am excited that I can now share my unique art form with people visiting Portland. I hope to share with others how acrobatics can be a very challenging but also an extremely fun way to be physical and creative.
