What you'll do
The best way to be healthy starts here, knowing your own body! This activity has two parts; We first learn about bio individuality, and Japanese seasonal food / eating. Then we do some works to find out each body type and what food & life style is good for you by making your own worksheet. Also, we enjoy sharing our experiences while learning our body type. During this session, small sweets& tea will be served. After that, we go to the super market, organic shops or open markets (depends on the day)to explore good ingredients for your body type. I will give you tips to choose. You will enjoy finding typical or unique Japanese ingredients which you've never known. Sawa will be happy to help you find a first tip to the healthy life style in Tokyo!
I am a certified holistic health coach and a mother. Having lived abroad for 15 years and also suffered from severe chronic fatigue, I met holistic health and realized healthy life all depends on your way of eating and life style. knowing your body type and seasonal eating will help understand your conditions. I would love to spread this idea to the world in Japanese way through this experience.

Where you'll be
We will meet at Shimokitazawa(or other area may change depends on the day) and we do the first part at the cafe then use subways or bus to go to the supermarkets or the organic shop.
