What you'll do

You can choose between morning or evening SUP YOGA .

If you decide to join me in the morning, we will meet up at 7.30 am. We will first get ready and prepare for our advanture. First I will introduce you to Stand Up Paddling at the beginning of the lesson and I am sure you will be able to balance and feel comfortable on your board after the first few minutes. Than we will take our stand up paddles and fist paddle to warm up and to reach the best spot to do Sup Yoga.

The yoga excercises will be suitable for everyone and fun. Practicing yoga on a surface that is moving – like the paddleboard – engages the core muscles and strengthens other muscles which wouldn't otherwise be used in earth-bound practice.

Common asanas included in SUP yoga practice are downward-facing dog, the cat-cow combination, child’s pose and corpse pose. Skilled yogis may attempt challenging standing asanas such as tree pose and warrior one.

After Asanas, we will fall into deeep relaxation.

When we will finish with the yoga part, you will be invited to jump in the calming water and relax and than paddle back to our meeting point (I can also arrange a visit to the magical little island).

The whole experience will take around 90 min.

If you decide to join me in the evening, the only thing different will be out meeting time. We will meet at 7.00 pm.

My name is Janja Robnik. I am 31 years old and I come from Slovenia. I am a Kundalini yoga teacher (300RYS). I got my first cerificate in Rishikesh india (200RYS) and did another training (100RYS) in Ljubljana Slovenia. I have beeen teaching Kundalini yoga for a year now.

My second biggest love is paddle boarding. I have been practising it for the last 5 years and I am still in love with this sport. It gives me so much freedom to discover the nature.

SUP YOGA is what I adore. Because it combines two activities that I love so much. And the spectaculare view from LAKE BLED, makes the whole experience even more unforgatable.

I am fluent in english (IELTS academic certificate). I also have good knowledge of german, sufficient knowledge of spanish, italian, serbo-croatian and some basic knowledge of portuguese.

Where you'll be

We will meet up in Rowing center Bled, Zaka.

We will do SUP YOGA on the spectacular LAKE BLED and have the most stunning view of the mountain ranges Karavanke and Julian Alps.

And if you decide to I can also arranger a visit to the famous little island on lake Bled.
