I’m a food writer with a master’s degree in food anthropology. I’m also an artisan bread and pastries enthusiast. I have years of experience researching and writing about British artisan bakeries and founded the blog Breadear to celebrate and promote great bread. Join me for a taste tour of an eclectic mix of five central London top food places to taste and buy amazing bread and pastries.
