I am the Guinness World Records title holder for most weight lifted by atlas stone lifts in one minute (female) and three minutes (female). I also hold another Guinness World Records title and am a 4-time CrossFit Games athlete . I've finished as high as 8th in the world at the CrossFit Games. I've also coached CrossFit, including the use of Atlas Stones, for 10 years and owned a gym for 8 those years. My mission in life is to teach and inspire others to be stronger, fitter, and more confident. My training has improved my life and I want to share that with others.

Where you'll be

This workshop will be held at CrossFit Park Hill where we have a wide variety of Atlas Stone weights and medicine balls.
