What you'll do

* October, 19th 11am * Korean royal cuisine class* **Fall seasonal menu 1. Dolsot Bibimbap (Hotstone bibimbap) : we are going to use 4different kinds of seasonal vegetables, egg, beef 2. Soft-tofu soup : You can learn how to make good soup without salt and sugar! 3. Seasonal side dishes provided!! (It's all cook based on low sodium, low calories, low sugar recipes!) If you are into healthy cuisine then join this experience and learn about real healthy Korean cuisine with Dietitian!! **My recipes are basically all low sodium, low sugar and low calories recipes and we use organic sauce and spices.** We'll meet and stroll through the local traditional markets to pick up all our fresh ingredients. After the market, we'll make two different Korean dishes at my cozy cooking studio. Before start class I'll show you about Korean basic spices and seasoning, We also can try some organic Korean sauces and learn about how to make it. I'll then tell you the nutritional information about the ingredients and show you the best way to cook for health and for taste. We'll cook together and decorate our own table. When you're ready with your Korean dish, we'll enjoy some complimentary Korean rice wine called Makkoli. We'll then eat our own authentic Korean meal with good company. :) You can get all healthy recipes by email after class.

Hello! I'm a trained Korean dietitian. I received a bachelor's degree in nutrition science. I'm working as a dietitian and also taught Korean healthy cuisine in USA/Canada. I have a passion for cooking, especially Korean cuisine, and I really want to introduce our beautiful healthy cuisine to people who visit Korea. Also I love to meeting new people and learning about their cultures. We will cook at my cooking studio 'Yoojin's Kitchen' with its small-size class kitchen. 'Yoojin's Kitchen' is a 5 minute walk from Exit 2, the Manwon Station.
