What you'll do

Art majors pay great attention to basic skills, dance majors, basic skills mainly include leg pressing, shoulder pressing, back pushing, pole training, kicking hind legs and so on. All elegant dancing postures are composed of these basic movements, so the importance of learning basic skills is self-evident. I. Leg Pressure This is the most basic training content in basic dance training, which is front pressing, side pressing and back leg pressing. The leg crushing exercises help to open the ligaments of the students'leg joints. When pressing the leg, attention should be paid to the upright joint of the leg, the instep of the foot should be opened and stretched outward, and the upper body should be kept upright. Press down to no gap between upper body and leg. 2. Shoulder pressing This is the practice of opening shoulder ligaments. 3. Pushing instep combination The quality of instep varies from person to person, mostly depending on congenital factors, but we can not ignore the acquired training. 4. Combination of pole training 5.
