What you'll do
So you want to take pictures of Toronto. We will meet up at Spadina and Queen, Then we will have a short session to review the basic functionality of a camera, as well as going over basic aspects of composition and lighting. Then we will look at your camera specifically. Then off we go to take the best pictures you have ever taken!
- Identity verified
I am a professional photographer based in Toronto, Canada. I have been taking pictures professionally for over ten years. I started as a music photographer and then delved into event photography, head shots and product photography. In short, there is nothing I do not love to take pictures of. I have been published on the national geographic site and in many professional publications.
Where you'll be
Graffiti Alley is one of my favourite places in Toronto. It has some of the most photo appropriate scenes in the city, we will start there. After that we will walk along Queen street west to see the hip bars and boutiques. Then we will make our way to the packed streets of China town to see all the produce and birds hanging in restaurant windows. The tour ends in historic Kensington Market where we will people watch and document the crazy people.
Things to know
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Up to 6 guests ages 2 and up can attend.
If you do not have a high end camera, that is not a problem. Any camera, even a phone can be great for taking specific kinds of photos. It does limit your creativity a little, but it should stop you from learning to take a great photo.
