I am a Colombian native who grew up in the world of coffee. I developed a strong passion for the craft at a young age, and own a coffee farm in El Quindio, Colombia. Coffeecionado is where I have made my home in San Antonio, TX , and is where I share my vision of a more just, inclusive and equitable coffee sector that enables coffee producers to thrive.

Where you'll be

The class will be hosted in our cafe located in the culture-rich south side of San Antonio. The building itself is an echo of the tortilla shop it once was, with its' original flooring of all unique tiles and original sign. With accents of restored wood and our signature red color, the coffee shop feels nothing short of home.

What a fun and informative afternoon! The time flew by! Patricia is an amazing woman with an amazing passion for Columbia, the coffee, farms and the beautiful women that work there! She relays her knowledge in a way that you not only understand it but feel it! Trying the amazing flavors of the coffee in such a warm and inviting setting made me not want to leave! I can’t wait to get home and share my coffee and everything I learned about it with my family!
