What you'll do
Experience the best of Rio on a unique photo tour at Tijuca Forest National Park. The park is the heart (and the lungs) of the city and has several attractions. All surrounded by the biggest urban jungle in the world.
We’ll walk around the trails in the park, learning about how important is the area for our history, finding waterfalls and caves, all with your personal photographer. You don’t even have to worry about taking pictures.
But if your interest is about photography itself, the park is the best place to develop your skills and I will be glad to share all my knowledge. Either pointing out the spots for a great shot or teaching you how to develop a more “creative eye” (which is my online airbnb experience).
I am a professional photographer and a certified guide, offering you an exclusive photo service along the tour. I’ve travel all my life, either for work or vacation, and I know how important are photos to these memories. I want to show the best of my city and help you to bring back home the most amazing experience, remembrance and pictures.

Hello, my name is Renata and I’ve been a photographer for 30 years. Even working for the corporate market for most of my life, the adventure has always been around me. I enjoy the outdoors and I search for the beauty of places and people. In 2018 I took a sabbatic traveling with my daughter and since then, I have rethought my life.
I’ve realized that I want more than just a job and started a new career as a tourism guide. By sharing my knowledge or just shooting you with Rio's iconic views, I hope I can make an impact on how people see my beloved city.

Where you'll be
Few places in the world have a scenic landscape as gifted as Rio and Tijuca Forest has an important roll in that. Almost 4.000 acres with wildlife, rivers, ruins, caves, roads and trails inside a 6 million people city. The park is only few kilometres from downtown, beaches and the fancy south zone. Even though you’ll feel nature as peaceful as ever.

This was a great experience and totally worth it because you get two things in one: an informative photography lesson that Renata adapts for your level, as well as a tour of Tijuca Forest. She is a tour guide around Rio and a photographer with decades of experience, so I learned a lot in just a few hours. I recommend this for anyone looking to hone their photography skills or explore one of Rio’s most beautiful areas.
