What you'll do

During our session you will get a broad experience of martial arts.

The class will start with our standard seated warm up, we will then introduce you into some basic olympic wrestling.

With the basic's of wrestling and takedowns in place, we will teach you some basic Jiu Jitsu to keep your opponent on the floor.

From here we will introduce some basic boxing and striking.

We will then work on the last of our 4 basics self defence, with these essential skills you'll have the basics of a rounded way to deal with an attacker.

To finish we will put this all into practice in some fun practical ways as a group.

The session will then end with some gentle stretches.
Other things to note
Our activity is open to all abilities and disabilities, beginner to expert.

We have a very adaptable team. We also have basic sign skills.
