What you'll do
Upon arrival of all guests and after intros and orientation we will explore the silence and sounds of this amazing environment. The rhythms from the birds and insects will set the tone for our music, dance and meditation experience. Maridi, my co host will lead us through a meditation programme to obtain balance, calm and clarity, accompanied by my original music compositions performed on various instruments including classical guitar. Her African earth connecting dance sequence will be performed and shared with guests to invigorating rhythms from the djembe drum. Chanting to the music and rhythms will lead us into a healthy organic lunch.
I'm a musician and passionate about sound and vibration and the impact it has on us. I've lived in a couple of countries including Botswana where I studied and explored the indigenous instruments and musical applications of the Kgalagadi region. For this experience I have teamed up with Maridi, a wellness practitioner, life coach and qualified psychologist also trained in local traditional and cultural healing practices.
