What you'll do

Come enjoy a morning of movement at the historic Original Muscle beach in Santa Monica with Becca and Martìn. You can sign up individually or with a partner. Your 2-hour session will include:
15-minute warm-up with cardio workout and stretching
15-minute traveling rings lesson
45-minute acrobatics lesson
30-minute aerial silks, hammock, lyra OR swings lesson
15-minute stretching session to recover and cool off

Where you'll be

These lessons will allow you to experience historic Original Muscle Beach, where groups of people have been practicing acrobatics every Sunday since 1930! We will move through the metal structures as we practice rings, swings, and aerial arts, and retire to a large patch of grass (affectionately called "the green" by community members) where you will become an acrobat for the day. Come and experience one of the most magical places on earth!

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 5 and up can attend.

More tips

This class is perfect for beginners or practitioners who want to experience acrobatics and aerial arts with guides at Original Muscle Beach. Please make sure your arms are covered to avoid receiving burns from the silk fabric. Wear clothes that will be comfortable to exercise in!
